The reason I keep coming back to McKenna VW HB is because they're all ABOUT THE CUSTOMER... They do all they can, within reason, to makesure your visit a one of a kind experience. Their inventory is more than sufficient and can satisfy most everybody needs. Plus with all the models in stock to choose from, you simply can't go wrong.

Another great attribute that I appreciate is that their sales staff is friendly, knowlegeable and take a more consultative approach versus the hard line sell... I worked with Romy Lal who I consider one of the best at what he does. His job just doesn't end when you drive off the lot. He really cares about the decision you made and follows-up to ensure there is never a question or buyers remorse. He's just a real stand-up guy.

I also would like to make mention and give kudos to the General Mgr Tam Nguyen... The guy really stands out when it comes to making sure the deal happens. Come to think about it, it just seems as though everybody at McKenna VW HB have a well defined focus and are driven by excellence.

The buying public needs to feel confidant and know that they can trust and count on their dealership of choice. Well at McKenna VW HB that is never in question. Do yourself a favor when looking for a new or used automobile, get down to McKenna and feel the difference pride makes.

Romy and McKenna Volkswagen are the two reasons why I have bought my VW's in Huntington Beach since 2003. I have personally recommended and accompanied seven first-time new car buyers to McKenna. This the fifth VW Jetta we have purchased from this dealership. We always return (100 miles round trip) to this dealership because of the excellent service department. Rick Hernandez is a knowledgeable, efficient and well qualified master mechanic and because of him we keep returning to McKenna Surf City VW.

Fantastic Customer Service and Overall Experience was an At!!!!

I had such a great experience from the first moment I walked in the door. I was greeted immediately in a friendly manner by Lee Smith. I have gone to several different dealerships and by far felt the most comfortable at McKenna Surf City Volkswagen. Lee was very informative on all of the cars and options available. I was interetsed in getting a Jetta and he brought a lot of energy to the whole experience. He answered my questions and taught me a lot about buying/leasing a car process. I haven't had the best experience in the past, but this time around am very grateful to have worked with such a great sales team. It was actually fun and met a lot of the team members. Thank you Lee Smith, Dean Kidder and Danny Maynor for all of your help and making it such a smooth transaction. You guys are exceptional!!! I ended up getting the GLI and am very happy. It is such a fun and sporty car. I will definitely be back in three years for my next auto purchase. :)
