My Review of McKenna:
The sales person is very rude. He was trying to educate me how the dealership works and tried to charge me premium/mark up over MSRP for a rabbit. This dealership can not even match other dealers price. When we test drove the car that we are going to buy, the sales person went rush on the gas and abused the car on the freeway. Totally no recommended to deal with. Its a waste of time to visit this dealer.

My Review of McKenna:
- Never return calls. Not only once but more than 10 times. When I finally had chance to ask one of the rep about not returning my calls, this rep said he had never got my message from his voice mail box. I accepted this excuse for once, but not more than 10 times.

- When ordering OEM parts to replace on my VW, it took 3 months +. I called and found out my order was dropped for no reason. I had to place order 1.5 month later again.

- When finally parts came (trims), one of it wasn't the right shade according to them.
However, when I got my car, the replaced 2 Trims on my car were still different shade.

- DO NOT RELY ON THEIR SHUTTLE SERVICE. I was told to wait for 1 hour for shuttle; however, 1 hour later when I checked back with the service rep, I was told to wait for another 1.5 hour.

My Review of McKenna:
I did have several visits in 2004-05 to the service center and at least experienced great customer service, though the wait was always MUCH longer than expected, but, all those great service people have gone to different dealerships. One service person I dealt with (not a rep but a "mechanic") scoffed at me when I explained the problems I had and told me to just "turn the knob of the sunroof back and forth" to fix the fact that the sunroof would close on me by itself. I recently got it fixed at another dealership by simply replacing the switch. I will only be going back to this dealership to return the car, but never for service/to purchase a car.

My Review of McKenna:
I've received continued horrible experiences with their service department. I recently needed a brake job, and the client advisor told me I needed new rotors. I asked them what the measured thickness on the rotors was, and what the minimum allowable thickness was. I was told three times that my "rotors were down to zero thickness". I kept telling them that they meant the pads, but they insisted the rotors were "down to zero". Sigh. This was after I told the first (sleep-walking) advisor my brake warning light was on and he wrote it up as "needs new brake light"!
In the past, they've damaged my car while detailing it (don't EVER pay them to detail your car!) -- they tried to return it to me with one of the pop-up headlight washer covers missing! The service techs have ordered parts for my car, and the client advisors have forgotten to tell me to come back for installation. They took four visits to find and correct an oil leak.
If they would just hire competent service advisors, they'd be a decent department! The techs are for the most part very good (aside perhaps from the guy looking for my oil leak), but they get a bad name by the people up front.
I bought my car there in 2001, and got a great price and a great overall experience. They just fall down when it comes to servicing their cars.
