My Review of McKenna:
I highly NOT recommend this dealer for your Audi/VW services. They will literally rip you off with their service rates.
What puzzles me to this day is when I specifically requested a synthetic oil change for my 1.8T, the record shows that my past oil changes were with regular non-synthetic oil. What is wrong with the service!

My Review of McKenna:
After the heater core on my 2000 Passat failed with less than 65,000 miles on the odometer, the service desk apologized for the failure and conceeded that it was a design flaw. From the get-go, the service manager was unwilling to discuss shouldering some of the responsibility for the $1300.00 repair. He had no interest in going to bat for me and contacting Volkswagen of America to see if they would pay all or a p[ortion of the repair bill. "Just not interested in resolving your problem." was the message communicated. Consider using the service department only if you have a better service coupon from another Volkswagen dealer or have a written agreement with them before you begin repairs.

My Review of McKenna:
Awful salesman, they try to sell you expensive oil changes in advance & maintenance & other stuff you will never need, they have hidden fees you don't know about until you get into the finance manager's office to finalize the deal. Most of their salesmen are unexperienced & I don't just mean automobile knowledge. They actually don't know how to deal with people. All in all it was a very stressful transaction.
