I appreciate a dealership that will talk numbers over the phone, especially since we live 2 hours away. I worked with Ryan most of the week over phone and text and we settled on some numbers that my wife and phone, especially since we live 2 hours away. I worked with Ryan most of the week over phone and text and we settled on some numbers that my wife and I were comfortable with. We went up on a Saturday, test drove the truck, signed paperwork and were heading home in a little over an hour. More
Came in late on a Friday after 4pm to look at CT5v told the salesperson Aubrey I had about 30 minutes to take a quick drive but only had 30 minutes. She worked extremely fast and I drove the car, had a br the salesperson Aubrey I had about 30 minutes to take a quick drive but only had 30 minutes. She worked extremely fast and I drove the car, had a brief discussion and I left. We were able to discuss a deal through text and quickly agreed. I came in Monday and picked up the vehicle. I bet total time for the 2 visits was 90 minutes. Overall a great experience More
The salesman Justin was awesome. He found the exact car we wanted and kept us informed. He was wonderful in explaining everything to us about the car as well. October 13th I requested to see a few trucks that were listed. What a pathetic excuse for auto dealership, more like a con artist convention. I set up an appointment on a Saturday for a time I could be th listed. What a pathetic excuse for auto dealership, more like a con artist convention. I set up an appointment on a Saturday for a time I could be there 9am Yet the truck I requested wasn’t ready, the salesman wasn’t there. Waiting, walking around looking everything priced like new yet used. So finally a so called salesman gets the keys to what I thought was the trucks I wanted to see. Was I mistaken. Nothing what the advertisement said NOTHINg! Then they bring out 2 keys one going to a truck that is filthy has 918 miles (so called runner). Ok let us see the other. Push the panic button or lock button nothing, no sound. Hundred trucks no sound. Ok where are the trucks I requested to see. You test this one. After all said done I drove it home after the agreement it just doesn’t feel right. I got railroaded paying for a new truck that isn’t new. Sale price ended up higher, then advertised and nothing advertised was true. Lawyering up. I will be posting this every week. Talking to the financial institution they go through offering a little incentive yet you will pay more. Don’t trust this garbage excuse for a dealership. More
