We really were not interested in buying that late of a model, but thank you Larry for suggesting we take a look. It is now in our garage and we could not be happier. It is like new, our whole expierence was amazing, everyone treated us great.Thank you again for caring enough to find us what we wanted. James in the shop was very nice. I engaged Johnny Medved in conversation when I was looking for a newspaper for the waiting room. We spoke for almost an hour. VERY nice young man. Very informed and knowledgeable of his product line and the automotive business in general. He did not try to sell me anything we just had a long quite pleasant conversation. From the lot boy who gave me directions to the paintless dent repair guy who also gave me directions, and the used car sales people who I also spoke with, ALL of them were pleasant and seemed happy to be there. They all treated us very kindly. I would recommend Medved to anyone seeking service for their car or looking to buy a new or used one for that matter. POSITIVE EXPERIENCE!!!! He misled us on at least two points. 1) How the ECO works on the vehicle purchased, 2) That a GPS navigation system was included on this vehicle.The purchase process (after our decision to buy) took too long. I was paying cash and was still treated like a credit customer.The dealership was very business-like and efficient. The offer that I was given on a potential trade-in was very low. It is through the OnStar system and you get the service free for 6 months. It is not the conventional system you think of with a touch screen map. It is GPS based and Bob should have explained the difference as well as how to use it. For this oversight we are sorry. But, knowing Bob, I highly doubt the confusion was deliberate. Here is a link explaining the service: http://www.onstar.com/web/portal/navigationexplore?tab=1As far as the Eco option on the Equinox, I would guess the confusion comes from the Eco Cruze. On the Equinox it is a fuel saving feature that comes on all 4 cyl models. On the Cruze, it is a special model that is built from the ground up to save fuel from the ground up. Again, thank you for your support and your business, I will make sure these features are more well explained in the future.
