Paul Hui was exceptional and the other Sales team members I dealt with - Matthew, JM and Solomon - were all excellent as well. Paul took the time to understand our needs and we ended up upgrading from a GLA I dealt with - Matthew, JM and Solomon - were all excellent as well. Never felt any pressure or a "used-car sales" environment and the experience was very positive and comfortable. Read other reviews here and most of the negative reviews are about the service department which I have dealt with for many years and never had similar experiences. I do have to admit, I do not normally take an off-warranty MB back to the dealership unless I had to for the cost, time it takes and the lack of loaner vehicle (they have to book 3 months out if you want a loaner).
