They called me back on a deal that I had requested on an agreeable price "FOUR" times and when I made the trip to their show room I was told they would not honor their own published coupon. Because they did not know what kind of deal they were working on so when I told them initially that I have the coupon it was no problem but Later they said they can't use the coupon and they tried to increase the payment which I thought it was totally unethical.
To top that I was verbally and physically threatened by (Sales Manager) …I wonder what kind of place of business would treat their pervious customer with such treatment.

Service department loss my car because they didn't keep proper paper work. After hour SA accused me of trying to rip off the dealership by claiming that I had a car there and refused to call the SA that checked my car in. FInally after 10-20 minutes of me screaming at them, they reluctently went and found my car in the back lot.

Even though my car still has the temp registration sticker with my name on it on the windshield, they made me proof the car was mine.

I have never had such horrible treatment from any car dealership. I think being Asian didn't help and I felt I was being discriminated against by the staff. I will never go there again. I even wrote a letter to the GM complaining about how I was treated and never got a response.

My Review of Mercedes-Benz Laguna Niguel:
We shopped for a E350 sedan under a factory lease incentive. My wife has a medical condition that makes riding in a car very painful for her. The dealership and in particular the salesman, Ali Hashemi, went out of their way and brought a car to our house for her to test the seating and ride comfort on four separate occasions to help her select the make and model that would be the best fit for her. Once she had settled on a E350 over a Lincoln Towncar Ali filed out the paperwork over the phone and brought the car and the contract to us. The price was exactly in accordance with the factory lease incentive.

My Review of Mercedes-Benz Laguna Niguel:
This was, by far, the best car shopping experience Ive ever had. After the horrible treatment I had received from Crevier BMW (my last car) I was really dreading going car shopping again. I decided to give MBLN a shot and they have changed my perspective on car shopping all together. My sales rep was extremely straight forward, he even talked me OUT of getting some silly features that would have increased my car payment. All things said, Jeff was absolutely awsome (so awsome that we have bought 3 more cars from him). The moral of my story is finding a good sales rep can dramatically atlter your car shopping experience and I would recommend Jeff to anyone who is serious about getting a classy car at the best price!
