My Review of Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis:
We decided to take advantage of your offer for a free spring check-up on on our 13 year old ML320. We continue to use it for various purposes and have always enjoyed it. However, because of its age we were concerned about what might go wrong unexpectedly. The comprehensive review that was offered was just what we needed. And when we met with Troy, we were very happy with how he made the system work for us. As a result a number of key problems were identified and repaired. The work took a few days to complete but a loaner car was made available to us. In addition, we commend the attitudes and helpfulness of everyone we came in contact with. Congratulations on running an excellent service organization.

I have leased BMW for 6 years, and an enthusiast for 9 years. Going into my third lease, I wanted to broaden my options while maintaining the same satisfaction and performance in a car and relationship in the dealership that I had experienced in the past. Casey Duffy approached me as I was looking at the new C300. He took me for a test drive and just as I was interested on quoting this car, I tripped in love with the C250. I was impressed with his eagerness to find a car that 'fit' me - my personality and style. He answered my questions with confidence and worked with my strict budget. This is my fourth new car from this dealership, Mercedes Benz of Annapolis, MD. Michael Benso has been my salesperson for each purchase and does an excellent job. It begins with a sincere welcome, then a complete walk through the showroom. If you have a particular car you are looking for, Michael will guide you to that car and throughly explain all the features. He is very knowledgeable on all the Mercedes products. When the time comes to make your decision, Michael is there to help you through all the options, from leasing, purchasing, financing, and completing the paperwork. Before you drive off with your new car, Michael goes over the car completely and explains all the cool options. He takes his time to make sure he answers all your questions, and offers you to call him anytime if he can be of assistance. Overall Michael Benso, Drew Litherland and the employees of Mercedes Benz of Annapolis are the best. I look forward to my next purchase.

My Review of Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis:
We do not live around the corner from this dealership. So our relationship was developed over the phone. When we got there we were greeted very warmly. Everyone was very helpful in answering all of our questions. The process was very enjoyable. They were honest about when it made sense to buy an extra service and when it was going to be a waste of money. They also offer a service to pick up your car and drop off a loaner so you do not have to drive to the service center.

I can't wait to buy our second MB.

My Review of Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis:
My wife and daughter are owners of Mercedes and have been very happy when driving their vehicles. I have had our GL 450 in on numerous occassions for minor repairs or scheduled maintenance services. We have been happy to date. If there is any complaint, it would be the cost of repairs. I have no issue with service cost, but it seems the service department would discount percentages based on the amount of repairs or service. I am looking to replace our GL in the near future. There is absolutely nothing wrong with it because we have always had it gargaged and it only has 41,200 miles on it. I will replace hers before deciding on either the CL or AMG class for myself.

Michael was very patient while I vacillated between models. He helped me with the pros and cons as I tried to find the right car within my budget. I am very happy with my selection. At the time of delivery, Michael was thorough with his explanation of the functionality of the vehical. I would also like to commend the Used Car Manager who apprised my trade-in and the Finance Manager who walked me through the myriad of paperwork.

My Review of Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis:
Chris was wonderful to work with. I was purchasing the 2003 SLK320 from remote (I live in Massachusetts, and this dealership is in Annapolis MD). There was something about Chris' demeanor over the phone that led me to trust him. I asked Chris to evaluate the car for cosmetics and mechanics. He called me back and gave a very accurate report. I decided to purchase The we coordinated for my arrival at BWI Airport. Chris picked me up, we got back the dealer, and his review of the car with me in person was impressive. And there was no variance from what he reported over the phone. He knew the car inside and out and shared all the tricks and features that are not apparent to the lay-person (me).

My Review of Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis:
I had been looking for an SLK350 and approached several dealers including the internet. Michael Benso at Mercedes of Annapolis was great to work with. Not only was the price better than anywhere else, the customer service was great. All of my emails and phone callers were return promptly. Also, for once, I had a sales rep who knew everything there was to know about the car inside and out. You just do not get that anywhere else. For now on, when the time comes to buying a Mercedes, I will start with Mercedes of Annapolis to save time and money.
