I came to Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis with a very specific idea of what kind of car I wanted and what I wanted to pay. With the help of the Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis team, Wayne not only showed me only the types of cars that were what I was looking for, but what my financial options were with each. Wayne, Dustin, and Mike were more than helpful in getting me exactly what I wanted, and I won't have any hesitation both recommending Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis to anyone or purchasing another car from them down the road. Wayne Discus is by far the best automotive customer representative that we have ever had the pleasure of working with. He spent hours showing us the various models of interest and even came to the house to make sure that the garage door remote and other electronic features were properly set up. Wayne was courteous and accommodating at all times and a pleasure to work with. The other staff at Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis were also courteous and responsive. This experience will keep us in the Mercedes-Benz family for some time to come, and we highly recommend this dealership.

Kevin Smith is a consumate professional who brings a personal touch to service. Taking time out of my day to get a car worked on is never fun, but Kevin makes the experience easy and enjoyable. He knows Mercedes Benz cars and he treats my car as if it were his own. That to me, is the best kind of service you can get. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

While I have considered buying other cars, I will probably stick with a Benz just because I like the service and every car needs service.

We went to the dealership and purchased a CLS550, 2013 on Saturday, March 23, 2013. The salesperson was very professional,and worked with us until we found the exact car we wanted. The purchase was one of the best experiences we have had.

After deciding exactly what interior and exterior color of the MB that I wanted, I searched online and found it at Annapolis. I then submitted a web inquiry and sales person, Casey Duffy got back to me within minutes providing me with answers to my questions. He also promised to follow up with photos of the car which were not yet posted online. He followed up without having to ask. We then made mutual arrangements to see the vehicle as I lived over two hours away. He lined up parts and a service appointment for the installation of extras. Casey was knowledgable and friendly and made the overall process a pleasure. We got everything accomplished in one day so that I did not have to drive all the way back. Dustin Howard in financing was also a pleasure to deal with. This was an overall great buying experience! Highly recommended...

Wayne Discus is very knowlegable salesman. He knows the Benz product like the back of his hand. He made my leasing experience for my E350 an excellent and painless one. An unfortunate car accident put me in the market to purchase a car sooner than I expected. I had made a mental list of “must haves” I knew I wanted and was hoping I could get all of this within my budget. My salesman, Mike Bruce, was extremely helpful in finding me a car that fit this description. He found a beautiful C300 4matic with not only all the “bells and whistles” I was looking for, but had good gas mileage and safety rating. I already knew a Mercedes Benz vehicle was a step above other cars I was interested in, but it wasn't until I test drove the C300 that I was sold on the idea of purchasing one. Together, Mike Bruce, Mike Herron, and Dustin Howard gave me an offer I could not refuse. The way the sales and financial departments of Mercedes Benz of Annapolis worked together as a team really allowed my car buying experience to be smooth and stress free. Although, I did not get the color or model car that I wanted, I made the decision to opt for the best deal. Subsequently, I left the dealership feeling and believing that I received the best deal for my present circumstance, and, for that I am grateful,

Casey worked with me all day and ,literally, bent over backwards to ensure that I was satisfied. On Friday, 3-1-13, I left the dealership driving a "Special Edition" Smart car; plus, I received some cash in return. Can't beat that.

For some reason, this little car still gets a lot of attention, especially from men. Also, I live right across the street from a middle school, and when the children were released from jail, I mean school, they showed a great deal of fascination for this little yellow car with black wheels.

Casey, and the Mercedes team, I am so appreciative and grateful for my "special Edition" Smart model.

My experience working with Brian Sturgeon was wonderful! He was so patient and kind as he helped me and my family make the right decision.
