My Review of Mercedes-Benz of Calabasas:
I had a great experience at Mercedes Benz of Calabasas; which was refreshing after the horrible experience I had at Keyes Mercedes. Andrew Wallop was very patient, and even though we were car shopping for about a month never pressured us to buy the car. When I finally decided on the C250 sedan, he did everything he could to get us the price we wanted. The whole time he was friendly and put no pressure on us to purchase. Overall purchasing a car at this dealership with Andrew Wallop as our sales consultant was a very enjoyable experience and I would highly recommend it.

My Review of Mercedes-Benz of Calabasas:
My experience at Mercedes Benz of Calabasas was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I had been searching for a car for several months, visiting many dealerships, interacting with many salesmen. Andrew Wallop took me for a test drive and he was the first car salesman that did not get under my skin. He was awesome. He was very authentic and supportive. I left his dealership to view several other cars that afternoon, and I was hoping that the car we drove was the best, because I really wanted to give him my business. And come back I did with my finance. That’s when we met Armond, it was his first day and he was working with Andrew. I cannot say enough about Armond. What a wonderfully positive and genuine man! And boy can he make you laugh. The entire time at this dealership I felt extremely taken care of and I actually had fun. After purchasing my car, I left the dealership very happy because not only did I end up with a fantastic car, I had a wonderful experience. Thank you Andrew and Armond! It was a pleasure to work with you and I wish you both the best.

My Review of Mercedes-Benz of Calabasas:
Once on the lot Andrew approached with a friendly professionalism. He was inviting but NOT pushy, which is very importtant to me. He asked me what model I was interested in and showed me my options. He was quite well versed in the vehicles that were presented. Did I mention he wasn't pushy?

When it was time to negotiate, I was clear about price and Andrew was clear about what couldn't be done but guided me into the price lane where we were both comfortable enough to make the deal.

I was very impressed with Sean Fortier and his entire team. The vehicle was exactly what they represented it to be, and their customer service was the high caliber I would expect from a Mercedes dealer. They made purchasing the vehicle an easy and pleasant experience. James Watkins was attentive and knowledgeable, and the finance manager Jason Cascio made the paperwork process simple and efficient. I highly recommend giving these guys your business if you are in the market for a new or used MB. It was well worth the drive (from San Francisco!) Thanks again guys!

Jeremy was great! He helped me purchase my first Mercedes in less than 2 hours. He was easy to work with and made my buying experience very pleasant. I've been to enough dealers who try to sell me something I don't want. I highly recommend him and MB of Calabasas to purchase your new Mercedes. I will make sure I go to Jeremy again when I am ready to purchase a new vehicle.

Had a very positive experience - would highly recommend this dealer. Our sales rep was Jeremy with Internet dept - search him out. Found us the car we wanted at a very good price. Only one issue with paperwork (make sure to verify VIN on car matches with docs) - but they came out to our house with correct docs.

My Review of Mercedes-Benz of Calabasas:
The experience was wonderful and I highly recommend everybody buying from Andrew Wallop. Andrew was very knowledgeable and friendly, I really enjoyed the process. Joseph Malek was the cream of the cake; he was sooooo nice and patient with my mother! I really admired his ambition to genuinely help us with the purchase of our ML. Sang Lee was the contract man and he too was super nice, and patient! I highly recommend everybody to purchase from Calabasas Mercedes Benz! Thank you Joseph, Sang, and Andrew! :-) Amir Hejazi

My Review of Mercedes-Benz of Calabasas:
When I came on the lot, I told Andrew up front I was just interested in checking if I could afford a new car. He was extremely patient with me and asked all the right questions to show me what would fit my budget. I was able to test drive a C250 and knew it was the car for me. I initially had absolutely no intentions of driving a new car that day but Andrew was able to show me how I could afford a Mercedes Benz, which has always been my dream car. The experience was very pleasant, albeit, long. I am extremely satisfied with the professionalism at this dealership.

My Review of Mercedes-Benz of Calabasas:
I sent my new car request through edmunds.com to 5 local dealerships and Jeremy responded within minutes. He is a no pressure, very friendly and an utmost professional salesperson. I felt like he was not trying to make a sale, but to get me the car I wanted in the time frame I needed to have it. I recommend Jeremy without hesitation. I got the car I wanted at my price and was signed, sealed and driving away within an hour of entering the dealership. Thanks Jeremy, look forward to doing business with you again on my next car.
