My Review of Mercedes-Benz of Freehold:
I had a great experience with this dealership. My Sales Representative, Gil Nizza made my wife and I feel as if we had known him for years. He was very professional and made every effort to address my concerns and needs. If I didn't know better, I would have thought he was the manager. He expidited all of the transactons in a timely manner and kept in contact with me two to three times a day, updating me on the progress of my vehicle's delivery.

My Review of Mercedes-Benz of Freehold:
I recently purchased a new GL 320 SUV, and after a week the check engine light went on. Mercedes Benz stood by their car and wouldnt stop until they fount out what was wrong with it. There was an engine clog and it was a tricky fix but they ordered me a whole new car, threw in the keyless go system and the rear seat climate control and rear heated seats.!

I have had a terrific experience that is worth sharing with others who are considering a hair transplant.


It was easy for me to decide to buy a car from MB of Freehold. Since I am very analytical in my job, it would follow that I would scrutinize and go through proper due diligence when selecting a skilled car salesmen to handle this important purchase. I wasn't about to settle for anything but the best work and I knew I wanted a top notch, experienced professional. I researched the entire US and Canada by reading various websites and from there gathered a short list of dealers. I made phone calls and ended up visiting 3 sites in the NJ and one in NYC. Needless, to say Gary and Mark G. made the deciscion easy for me . My gratitude to you and your staff is really quite impossible to describe in words, suffice to say that my relationship with you and the work that you have done for me has turned in to a life-changing experience.

They workers were extremely cooperative, they were able to answer every one of my questions, and needs. The car was extremely clean, and ready to go for me when I was ready to buy it. Dennis Smith was extremely friendly, and I couldn't ask for a better sales person to help me with my needs. The sales person knew exactly what he was talking about and explained everything to me in layman's terms. The price was good, and I payed exactly what I thought I would pay for this car.

I bought 5 cars from this dealership. I have dealt w/ their sales staff, their service staff, and their management staff. 5 stars across the board. Their service is second to none! They are a great example of what an honest to goodness auto dealership is and should be all about. Neat, clean, friendly & professional. It's nice knowing I can trust this dealer to take care of all of my & my families auto needs. It's one less thing in life I need to worry about. Highly recommended.

Gary Placona is a model for courtesy and attention to detail.I would and have recommended Gary Placona to others including my wife. We have purchased 2 cars in my household and have recommended 3 others to Gary And mercedez benz of freehold. I am a CEO and I am not able to spend time at the car drop off and pick up. The service department is fully functional and is efficient. My car has recently been detailed. I am very pleased with the care and attenion to detail that was given my car.

Overall, my experiences have been ecellent!

The day I walked into Mercedes-Benz of Freehold I had no intentions of buying a car because I was still in a lease with a Yukon Denali. I had only stopped in to ask a question about a certain model car. However, the staff was so nice and I was introduced to Gary Placona to answer my question. Gary was a gem of a salesman. I walked out buying a C300 sedan that day. So, I guess he can turn a question into a sale! That is exceptional because I paid of the remainder of a 6 month lease on my truck and financed a new Mercedes all because I met a wonderful salesman.

Gary helped to work out a deal that was fair and reasonable and made sure to make me and my family feel confortable. He was quite patient and really let me make the decisions. He answered all questions and made me feel very valued as a customer. He was excellent at explaining the features of the car I had chosen and made sure I was comfortable before I left the lot. I went in shopping for one car and ended up with one quite different -- thank goodness he steered me in the right direction.

If your accustomed to great customer satisfaction, then Mercedes-Benz of Freehold will not disappoint you. Willie worked hard to meet our expectations, which are high. A dealership should not only be measured by its success, but also by the way issues are handled, if one does develop. MB of Freehold goes out of there way to insure your satisfaction during, and after your purchase. I highly recommend MB of Freehold, and when you get there look for Willie Barron, for a good deal, and great service.
