Our experience in buying a car at Mercedes-Benz of Freehold has been really pleasant. We have been shopping around for either or certified SUV for last two months, and we ended up purchasing a certified vehicle at this dealership. We were assigned Paul Vallejo as Sales Person. We are extremely happy with him. He has patiently answered our questions, and took us for test drive on few vehicles. He has helped us narrowing down our vehicle choice with his honest (we really felt) opinion. Our saleswoman Chantal Michaud was an absolute pleasure to deal with.
I would highly recommend the team and in particular Chantal Michaud who is very reliable, a hard worker and the most pleasant salesperson that I have ever dealt with.
She was very patient while I chose the interior and exterior color of the car that I liked and I am very picky.
There was no going back and forth on price like with other dealers, we agreed on a price and we sticked to it. They offered me the best price.
Mercedes Benz of Freehold has a pleasant atmosphere and prominent professionalism from the people who work there.

Chantal was very professional, pleasant, and friendly. She was also very knowledge and helpful. She helped set up our Bluetooth. She also helped my wife set up voice recognition.

We made three visits to the dealership. Each time we got the attention needed. The negotiation was very smooth. Chantal and Frank were very polite and courteous.
