My Review of Mercedes-Benz of Greenwich:
Horrible dealer, almost comically bad. Service area is total chaos. My service rep went on vacation while they had my car (without telling me or passing responsibility for my car onto another rep). It took me an extra day to find out that my car was done as a result. Overcharged, misled about what was wrong. Just HORRIBLE experience, I'll never go back. I'd heard that this dealership was too busy for its own good, now I believe it.

My Review of Mercedes-Benz of Greenwich:
This was a horrible experience. We were ignored, Left outside in the cold weather for over 10 minutes waiting for keys to a car, spoken poorly to, our salesman swore at coworkers while "helping" us, spoke down to us, treated us as though we were stupid, and had to nearly be coerced into assisting us to begin with. This after another sales person flatly refused to assist us or even stand up from his cubicle desk.

I would NEVER recommend that anyone give this dealership their money.
