My Review of Mercedes Benz of Naperville:
I actually bought my car there and that's really where it all began.
In one year my car was in there for service no less than 10 times. They did a horrible job with everything.
Now they sent me a letter saying that I'm such a valuable customer they would like to buy my car back. Yeah buy for half of what is worth and jack up the price on a new car because they refuse to deal with new vehicles.
I will never buy a car from any company within the Laurel family.

My Review of Mercedes Benz of Naperville:
Too concerned about how I would rate them. When I didn't rate the according to sales person's satisfaction she called me one fine saturday at 9.00 am to yell at me. <br><br>I had horrible sales experience, they lied about the deal and pretty much everything. Would never go them again. Just got the car serviced had the same problem at service too.

Incredibly bad experience from sales. <br><br>Too worried about survey results with no interest in satisfying the customer.<br><br>Attempted to raise price at the last minute on a $60,000 car.<br><br>Made no attempt to resolve issues with desired DVD NAV.<br><br>Still wants to do business in future with no clue of why that would never happen.
