From the initial moment I entered this dealership I was warmly welcomed.However, Carl Bernardo exceeded all expectations as a car salesman. Carl was the most fabulous, gracious, polished , pleasant gentlemen I have encountered in the automobile business. He was/is a delightful, highly informative, dedicated Mercedes Benz salesman. When informing me of my impending purchase and after the purchase was finalized Carl was tremendous and most solicitous. He went far and beyond his duty as a top salesman. As I was a first time Mercedes buyer Carl handled all my questions and concerns with ease and very professional expertise.
It remains a pleasure to talk with this fine man.
Should I ever have a problem I know it will be addressed.

My Review of Mercedes Benz of Natick:
3 months ago I was at the beginning of my buying process. I wasn’t sure where to begin. I went to a couple of different websites to get information on different manufactures. I decide to go with a Mercedes-Benz so I went to Edmunds.com to ask 6 dealerships for a price quote on a new C300 sport. Within 5 minutes of my inquiry I received both a phone call and a email from Brad Rafter. Brad was very helpful and gave me all the information I needed.

A couple of days later I called for Brad, however it was his day off. I talked to his manager Ed Naczi and explained I wanted a new C300 but was not sure what color I wanted. We both agreed that I should come in, look at a few colors and so we arranged a meeting.

When I came in Ed and Brad both greeted me and introduced me to John Angelo. To my surprise John was already informed of my situation and had 6 vehicles pulled up for me side by side so I can best look at the colors. I looked at the vehicles and told John that I needed to think about my decision. There was no pressure at all and I left.

I recently bought my C300 from Mercedes-Benz of Natick and I am still impressed with the professionalism and friendliness from everyone I worked with.

Top notch customer service both in purchasing and in the service departments.
I have purchased many cars but never at a dealership where the employees have such positive energy and class. I would highly recommend Natick MB to both family and friends.

I recently purchased a car from Matt Lavoie from this dealer and it was a great process. We had been going back and forth for over a year. I thought he would have lost interest in trying to sell me a car but he never did. In fact he kept pursuing it and its one of the main reasons I bought from him and his dealer. I picked the car up and it was perfect and he explained everything about the car making me totally comfortable with my new Mercedes. Then about a week later I got a box of chocolates from Godiva with a thank card from Mercedes-Benz of Natick. Come to find out all of Matt's customers get the same gift. That is really something special. I will ALWAYS go back to him for everything I need car related.

A friend recommended Mercedes Benz of Natick because of the close proximity to my house and because she worked with a Sales Consultant by the name of Matt whom she highly recommened. Matt greeted me with a smile, was very courteous, and quite knowledgable. He made me feel at ease and was a pleasure to deal with on every aspect of my visit. My Review of Mercedes Benz of Natick:
I came into the dealership to search for a new vehicle for my wife and really wasn't sure what vehicle met our needs. Fred asked about our vehicle needs, how many miles a year we do and if we needed more or less room for passengers. After test driving two sedans, we decided that the C class was the right vehicle for us. Fred really made us feel comfortable, provided us with financial options and was very patient.

We would highly recommend this dealership to folks looking for an easy, laid back approach without a lot of pressure.

My Review of Mercedes Benz of Natick:
I decided to start shopping for a new car last month (which is usually about a 2 month proccess for me). At first I was just considering another BMW knowing I have been driving them for years, when a friend of mine said I had to try the new E-Class from Mercedes.

I made a few phone calls and went online to shop around, the Natick location was the fastest and most pleasant to work with, so I decided to make a trip out there. I was welcomed right away with a smile and was not pressured or pushed into anything so it quickly became a very pleasurable experience. I ended making the purcahse that afternoon which is something I told myself would never happen. It was a beautiful car, a great deal, and most important stress free. Herb Chambers should be very happy to have a team that cares so much about their customers, as I am now a loyal Mercedes-Benz customer.

My Review of Mercedes Benz of Natick:
I went to Mercedes Benz of Natick to service my vehicle last month. When I arrived, it was pouring rain. A sales representative saw that I was trying to come into the dealership. He quickly ran out with his umbrella and escorted me inside the building.

I thanked him and he gave me his business card, but I explained I was only there for service. I was already pleased with my experience and didn't expect to see the salesman again. I spoke to someone in service, who was also very friendly, and set me up with a loaner vehicle. The salesman saw me leaving and even though I was not interested in buying a car, he escorted me to the vehicle again with the umbrella.

The salesman, the person in service, everyone I dealt with were terrific. Not only am I going to service my vehicle at Mercedes Benz of Natick, but when I am in the market for a vehicle I will be making my purchase there.

My Review of Mercedes Benz of Natick:
I went to 3 dealerships including other Mercedes Benz locations closer to home only to return to Mercedes of Natick. JC Carbanos came in on his day off (happily) and helped us through the sale. In addition ALL staff was excellent and went above and beyond any customer service I have ever received from a dealership and can only hope the service end (when needed) will be as excellent. If ever I need another car this is where I will return and have JC sell it to me.
