My Review Of Mercedes-Benz of North Olmsted:

I had been searching for a vehicle for a long time.
I'll admit that don't have the best credit, but it's not that I'm not financeable.

Every other dealership I would go to, I would get my hopes up just to never get the phone call I was promised or for them to ignor me all together. This was getting very discouraging!

Well, one day I told Peter about a car that I really wanted and thought I might be getting soon. He filed me in on some information such as cost of ownership for the vehicle if anything were to go wrong.

He then sent me a picture of a red Honda Fit and an orange Toyota Yaris! Both of which are way better on gass mileage than what I've ever been used to :)
Although they are ok cars, I brushed it off since I was really wanting this other car at the moment.

A few days passed and I had received zero calls from the other salesperson I had been dealing with. So I decided to call him one day and sure enough... He must have developed amnesia over the weekend, because no matter what I said to try and get him to remember me, he had no idea who I was or what car I was talking about. He didn't even remember calling my mom to cosign for the vehicle! This leads me to believe that he didn't even checked with finance to see if I could get the car I wanted. Even letting me know what it would take as far as money down and that to get the car would've been a step in the right direction!

At that point, I called Pete! We filled out a credit application and got the process started!
The following Monday, my parents and I stopped in to see Peter. Everything was mostly taken care of and out of the way when my family and I had gotten there, I would say we were in and out of MB within 1 1/2 hours...tops!

Now I've finally got 4 wheels that I can call my own again and I now know what dealerships have sales people who are there to actually help those who need it :)

My next car search won't be nearly as long, nor cause as many headaches as it did the first time!!!

I just leased the new 2013 SL 550 from Mercedes Benz of North Olmsted. The salesperson name was Dolores "Dee" Wolfe. She was a amazing person to deal with and made every step as easy as possible to complete the deal. Everything she told me was 100% and never tried to take advantage of me like most dealers do. If you looking for a car she the one you need to talk to. Thanks again for everything the car is gorgeous I couldnt be more happier

My Review Of Mercedes-Benz of North Olmsted:

This was my first time purchasing a car via the internet. I chatted online with a representative name Mitch Litam, about the car I was interested in. He was very friendly and helpful in answering all of my questions. He suggested we speak on the phone to address any additional questions. After doing that, they allowed me to put a hold on the car so I could think about buying it, over the weekend. The following Monday, Mitch and I worked together to get the deal done. I had paperwork in my hand, via Fedex, on Tuesday and the car was mine on Wednesday. Then they offered to ship the car directly to my house. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Mitch was great! I'd highly recommend him, and this dealership to anyone at anytime.

My Review Of Mercedes-Benz of North Olmsted:

While researching a new car to lease, my wife had seen a Mercedes Benz of Bedford TV ad so we decided to visit the Mercedes Benz dealership in North Olmsted. We were approached by Salesman Nick Cleary, who invited us to his office. After much discussion Mr. Cleary, along with the agency General Manager, presented us with an offer which was agreed upon the following day. The offer included assuming the balance of the lease on my present car, a 2011 Hyundai Sonata.

We were VERY satisfied with the lease agreement and appreciate the professional way in which Nick Cleary and Mr. Rosa handled our lease. The two gentlemen are an asset to your dealership and I would not hesitate to refer my relatives and friends. In fact, I understand my good friend, Tom Corrigan of Corrigan-Cracium funeral homes, has already paid Nick a visit.

Matt Youssef is the Business Manager at Mercedes Benz of North Olmsted

Matt helped me with everything from after sales (wheel and tire coverage, 3m clear bra) to following up with any other department that may be busy or on vacation.

Matt is extremely responsive to questions either via email or phone. He will respond all hours in the day or night and gets the answers to you when he says he will.

He was not pushy with the after sales items but was informative and patient with any questions. He gave his honest opinion whether something was worth purchasing or not based on the usage of the vehicle.

I would not hesitate to recommend him to anybody.

My Review Of Mercedes-Benz of North Olmsted:

I started looking for a car three months ago, just to see what was out there, should I decided to buy after tax return arrived. I put in an internet inquiry and Mitch Litam responded. He understood my situation (needing to wait for down payment) and kept me in mind, checking in periodically as time passed. Never pressuring, but instead building a relationship. By the time I decided to go shopping, we had established a "friendship" that made my arrival at the dealership a lot less apprehensive than normal.

I went to simply "check out" a 2007 C300 that was hopefully in my price range. While it may have been in my price range, the mileage on the care was too high to get financing. The friendly staff at MB of North Olmstead were able to get me into a Certified Pre-Owned 2010 C300 with only 35000 mile on it for just over my anticipated payment. Thanks guys. LOVE THE CAR.

There wasn't any pressure, our salesman Mitch Litam was absolutely awesome. He knew what I wanted and tried his best to find a perfect match - and he did. Did I mention I LOVE THIS CAR?

There is a few small problems with the car, clip cover missing from where a roof rack can be installed - part has been ordered and will be installed when it arrives. There was a slight miss-alignment of the front passenger fog light - that was fixed before I even drove off the lot. I have also noticed a vibration when I break (rotor??), that will be fixed shortly. I am sure, once I call, they will arrange to have my car picked up, another dropped off, and will be completely hassle free experience.

Go to MB of No. Olmsted if you want to experience true customer service!!! Ask for Mitch Litam, he will help you with everything and get you into the MB of your dreams!

My Review Of Mercedes-Benz of North Olmsted:

I was searching on the internet to find a low mileage CPO E350. I found one at MB of North Olmsted, and posted an inquire. The very next morning, Ms Ceil Cohen at Sales called and we scheduled a test drive that Saturday. When my wife and I walked into the showroom, we were greeted by the friendly staff, and served fresh coffee. The weather was cold that day, but Ceil had the E350 already warmed up outside, waiting for us to test the car. Needless to say, the E350 is solid, fast, comfortable and great looking. There was no sales pressure, and we got the car at a great price.

Couple days after the purchase, I noticed a slight noise when I brake. Nothing alarming. For any other car, it would have been just fine. But for a MB, I thought it should be quieter, and the noise was just enough to make it disappointing. From my past experience with other car dealership, my initial thoughts were: here we go, now I have to take my car back to the dealership, explain to a technician, drive with him, hope the brake will make the same noise that day, hope the technician can hear it too and not look at me like I am insane. They probably will replace something and call it fixed, when the noise remains, and I will have to go through the entire service cycle again.

Well, I emailed Ceil about the noise and asked for a service number that I can call. To my surprise, she immediately contacted the service manager herself. They had another E350 dropped off at my house and took my car in for service. The technician identified the issue and replaced the brakes with new parts. After the service, my car was brought back to my house. Absolutely, no cost and no time loss for me. Excellent VIP service! And the best part, the car was fixed right, and I am not insane after all about that little noise. Thank you! Keep up with the great customer service!
