Eric and the service tech went above and beyond to troubleshoot and fix my car. They believed there was an issue even when it was hard to detect and ended up averting a much worse problem that could h troubleshoot and fix my car. You don't have capacity to handle short notice work such as I needed. My problem could not have waited the 2-3 weeks for getting a loaner and it was very inconvenient for me to be without a loaner for a few days.
