Dale Cook was amazing to work with. We put him on a task of finding a specific color G550 with specific options. The combination was hard to find but Dale found us the car at another dealer across the country and did whatever he needed, to acquire this vehicle for us. He truly worked harder than anyone esle would ever do.

On our first visit we were not in a hurry to buy a car. We knew we would be buying a new car. Tony gave us options and we were very impressed on his level of knowledge. Because he took his time and was very patience with us when we were ready we came back and he gave us more information and at that time we purchased a 2014 E 350 which we love. We live in South Jersey and the level of professionalism is above and beyond other dealerships in our area.

My new car experience at Princeton was extraordinary!!! The quality, personalization and respect over exceeded my expectations and prior MB experiences. As a first time Princeton customer, I took a risk on working with a new customer/sales representative and I am a really happy that my risk was rewarded!!! I just purchased a beautiful GLK 350 from Mercedes Benz of Princeton. This was my first experience with Mercedes, and this particular dealership. I can honestly say I will not shop anywhere else. Between my husband's requests and my own, I was anticipating begging for mercy on behalf of anyone who had to sit with us, but the experience with Tony was beyond delightful. Tony was very professional and had the patience of a saint as he searched for our perfect combination. Tony found exactly what we were looking for very quickly and kept us informed along the way. The night we came to pick up the car Tony took the time to walk us through every detail and feature before he sent us on our way. This could be very overwhelming, but Tony is so knowledgeable, and explained everything in a way that made the process of switching cars and brands very smooth. Tony even called today to check on us and see how we made it home last night. We could not ask for a better experience! Thank-you to everyone at Mercedes-Benz of Princeton, especially Tony!

At least 3 issued solved by Tom Trovas and his team. He found the specific car with options I was looking for. It was available before my present lease was over, but Tom found a Mercedes program to end the lease early without penalty. When it came time to drop off the old and drive away with the new, he got me in and out efficiently. Oh, the price.... great. Thanks Tom!

Our experience at MB Princeton was first class all the way. We were greeted the moment we entered the showroom by Dale Cook. Dale was very attentive to our needs and found us the perfect car. He took the time to explain all the features to us and once we purchased our Mercedes he programmed the GPS and bluetooth for us. Dale's boss, Gary, was also very personal as was the General Manager, Tom Knobloch Jr. Everyone at the dealership was so professional and friendly. It really was a very pleasant experience. We were so happy with the service that we have asked them to look for a car for me now that my husband has his dream car!

I highly recommend Paul Lai to anyone interested in purchasing a mercedes. He is extremely professional and friendly and works hard to get his customers the best deal. I have purchased two cars from Paul and always look forward to working with him. I've never had such a great experience purchasing a vehicle until I met Paul. He is well organized and takes his time in explaining everything which makes the process go very smoothly without any hassles. Paul is the best salesman I've every encountered.

our experience with Mercedes Benz of Princeton has been excellent in that they were able to locate and obtain the vehicle we wished to lease. We were very impressed by the depth of knowledge and patience of our certified sales representative, Michael Graf.
The amount of time he spent reviewing and demonstrating the options of our new vehicle was very much appreciated. In addition, we found Michael to be a very pleasant person to work with.
