My Review of Mercedes Benz of Richmond:
Unfortunately, both of Richmond's MB dealers are owned by the same family. Therefore, they have absolutely no incentive to provide good service or to negotiate on price if you're buying a car. The new GM fired the excellent service manager they used to have, and service quality has plummeted.
Previously, if you took a problem to them, they would fix it. Now they will fight tooth-and-nail, hoping to run out the factory warranty so they can stick you with the bill later on. And the prices for routine service have to be seen to be believed. MB no longer offers much value, if it ever did. The whole experience remains appealing only to those poor souls desperate for prestige. Get it while it lasts!
