Anthony Angelo at the service center of Mercedes Benz is the most helpful land knowledgeable and reliable service representative. He always takes care of my new and beautiful car's needs with kindness and in a gentlemanly and professional manner. Antoinette and Vinnie also must be given credit for their ease and efficiency in running the show. "Exceptional service and help"

I on a 2012 CLS 550 that i purchased brand new in 2012. I continued to use the RVC service department for all service intervals and many tire replacements due to NY Winter pot holes. Each time i was met with a supportive smile and excellent service. Recently I had a check engine light come on and decided to have it looked at when I brought my vehicle in for a scheduled Oil Change Service. However, the CK ENGINE Light revealed a serious malfunction that if not given immediate attention could of resulted in complete engine failure. I was alarmed at what I considered to be a significant unexpected financial loss as I still owed money on the loan and the high cost of repair. I returned to the service center in person and requested a more detailed explanation of what the malfunction was. My service rep Samantha Patti immediately had the service tech who had discovered the problem put my car back up on the lift whereupon he quickly disassembled enough of the engine components to give me a first hand visual exam of the damaged parts and explained to me in detail how if not repaired it would only get worse. I was to say the least not a happy camper at that point. However, Samantha and the service department Manager Vinny Ruggieri worked with me in finding a way to make the repairs with minimal cost to me as I was out of warrantee. I must commend Vinny and Samatha for going above and beyond my expectations to complete my repairs to my full satisfaction. I am extremely grateful to them for their assistance and their coordinated efforts with Corporate Department rep Eric at MBUSA for making all the necessary repairs and standing by their product! I will definitely purchase another Mercedes Benz again and continue to use the RVC service department in the future .

"If you need service ... They are there!!"

The Service Department run by Vinny Ruggieri is the BEST, in fact the Service Dept. has just received the Mercedes Benz Best of the Best recognition award for their excellent performance. The lounge facilities are the best I have ever seen in a car dealership! And my Service Advisor Samantha Patti is really outstanding!! I didn't need to use the Parts Department, but manager Toy Buff was also singled out for an M-B Best of the Best Award. This is my first Mercedes Benz (Infiniti, BMW, Porsche previously) and I am so glad I bought from the Rockville Centre Mercedes folks.

I have been using MBRVC Service Centre for approximately 10 years and have always bee treated like a VIP.. My Service Advisor Samantha Patti along with Vincent Ruggieri and Troy Buff have always been knowledgeable and caring when visiting the service center. They know my wife and I by name and are great people. All my needs are professionally met.

"Wreckless, dishonest, unprofessional service and management "

I purchased my car June 2015 from MBRVC I took it to MBRVC service center in September 2015 to have a concerned addressed. The concerned was repaired and upon picking up my car I discovered my front bumper was damaged causing me to leave my car to have it repaired. May 2016 I returned to have vehicle maintenance upon completion and picking up my vehicle I discovered my vehicle again was damaged this causing my car to remain there well into June 2016. I have tried in every way to resolve the wreckless, dishonest and poor service I received not only from the technicians/vendors but from Vinny Ruggeri the manager. I have documented my concerns/complaints as well as photos and correspondence with corporate who has tried to assist in this matter as well. But not only has Vinny lied to me he has lied to them as well. This is not what I expected from the Mercedes Benz brand and it doesn't seem to be represent the values and core belief of what this dealership and service center was built on by Fred Meyers. My concerns and complaints have yet to be resolved although Vinny and I agreed on a way to resolve it. I will end my review with "Vinny, I'm still waiting" maybe David Meyers needs to know what his fathers hard work, beliefs and legacy are becoming under your supervision. I have since returned to Mercedes Benz of Manhattan where customers are a priority and when there is a problem Caused by them they address it. "$2000 to repair a seat that I fixed myself in an hour"

This service center came recommended by a friend. I had bought a 2007 Mercedes from that friend that bad a minor problem with the seat. Someone had pushed something under the front seat that dislodged one of the shafts from the motor that drives the seats forward and back. When I took it in I explained clearly what had happened to the service manager who told me "it happens all the time". I expecting to pay a few hundred for the service tech to re-engage the shaft and leave happy. A few days later I get a call from the service manager "The seat frame is bent. We're going to need to replace the entire frame." I explained that I knew exactly what the problem was and he should talk again to Tech to verify. After that call I expected to hear from them in a few days. NOPE. A week later I get a hangup on my cell from the service center. NO MESSAGE. 3 WEEKS later I reach the service manager who informs me the repair will cost $2000!!!! Needless to say I go and pick up the car. I look around a few of the MB forums and find this is a common problem and has an easy: 1) Remove the seat bottom that is held in by 2 screws on the front of the seat. 2) Reinsert the flexible metal shaft going from the seat motor back into the seat track 3) Replace the seat bottom and tighten screws holding it in. The ONLY thing I needed to buy was the Torx screwdrivers to remove the screws on the seat. TOTAL COST $30 on Amazon. Simple repair. Total time 1 hour for a inexperienced noob. I guess that is why the service manager said "it happens all the time" They must fix this all the time for $2000!! I currently own 3 cars that have all their service done at dealerships and have never experienced something like this. I am a retired broadcast industry executive in my late 40's and have purchased new many luxury class vechicles like Infiniti and Audi. I had been considering a new high end Mercedes like the E550 or E63 AMG since my $60K Infiniti M45x was nearing retirement. However, after this experience, I have sworn to never buy a Mercedes have been relating my experience at RVC Mercedes to everyone I know.
