Zero stars. Call center is in Florida and disconnects you. This was with an appointment. They were not able to provide a loaner. He treated me with no courtesy and I asked the car be put back together and brought it to Rallye where they assured me a 1 day repair. He abruptly said ok great and hung up the phone. I ASKED FOR A MANAGER AND WAS TRANSFERRED TO FLORIDA WHERE THAT PERSON COULD GET NO ANSWER AS WELL AND THEN I WAS DISCONNECTED. NO REPAIR NO SERVICE NO RESPECT. More

Based on that experience on Dec. 27, 2018 I made and drove from the Bronx for my second appointment again with Jennifer Romano for new tires. Upon arrival I quickly noticed it was a very busy day. However, Jennifer greeted me very professionally and promised a quick turnaround so I decided to wait. I'm not sure how but Jennifer managed to get tires, wheel alignment, bulbs and my car washed in a surprisingly quick turnaround time. Highly recommend Jennifer Romano and her staff! More

ZERO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION! I have been a loyal customer of Mercedes Benz of RVC(purchasing 4 cars from them since 2009).Currently I have a C300 and S550coupe. After 9 months my I have been a loyal customer of Mercedes Benz of RVC(purchasing 4 cars from them since 2009).Currently I have a C300 and S550coupe. After 9 months my lane assist features in my S550 stopped working. I brought in the car 2x times to have it fixed. The 3rd time I had it fixed for the same issue, I was asked if it was in an accident, WHICH IT WAS NOT, but they already knew this since they ran a CARFAX behind my back. At this point the car is still malfunctioning and needs to be"fixed" again a 4th time. I contacted their corporate office and was told there is nothing they could do but keep fixing it. They only care about selling you a car, not any sort of customer satisfaction. If you are having an issue, make sure to give them a bad review, that is all they care about. At this moment, I have a $140,000 car that is not being driven due to MERCEDES BENZ of ROCKVILLE CENTER inability help a loyal customer. They like to text you instead of speaking to you live on the phone, what a joke,stay away.
