My Review of Mercedes Benz of Sarasota:
In my twelve years of leasing automobiles, I have never encountered a dealership quite like this. From the moment I submitted my initial lease deal for consideration, I knew I had embarked on an interesting and fun journey. They followed up, answered questions – many, many of them. They were patient - even when I changed my mind about 4 times on my car equipment.
Most importantly, the Sales Manager (Tim) and Rep (Barry) showed integrity and honored their word. They worked extremely hard to earn my business, greeted me with a hug as I walked in and treated me like I was family, rather than just another customer. I got a tour of the dealership, met the entire mgmt. team and they gave me a bottle of water for the ride home. Dealership was clean, staff was friendly, took their time to teach me all equipment and features of car and then just kept on chatting with me after the deal was closed...
This has been a pleasant surprise - dealership experiences in the past have left me no choice but to avoid them completely and resort to the internet.
