"First Maintenance Visit for 2016 C63"
High marks for this dealer! I've owned a lot of cars and always use dealers to service my vehicles. This was a stand-out experience that surpassed any of my other dealerships. Two reasons: Personal attention from the manager and respect for my time. The job was done well and promptly and I was treated like a VIP from start to finish. Thanks Adam!
"Unprofessional customer service"
Had to go for an emergency tire, however I arrived 20 minutes before they closed and was advised by Mike that they could not put a new tire on my Mercedes because it would take 30 minutes after the closing time. I explained to Mark that my daughter and I had to drive across the Bay Bridge and I was fearful I would have a blow out. He did not care. I left the dealership, called roadside and Mercedes of Annapolis came and put my spare on. I am so disappointed in the lack of good customer service. I have never been treated like that in my life. I left a message for Adam, the Service Manager and he did not help the situation. I will contact MBUSA on Monday and send a letter to the owner of the dealership. This was unacceptable behavior.

I've always admired the Mercedes E63 AMG. It is arguably the highest performing sedan available on the market and now its mine.
I was going to wait for the 2017 year to come out however, when I saw the redesign, I felt the 2016 was the better deal for my tastes. Living in NJ, I went to several local Mercedes dealerships and even went to the Manhattan dealership but none of the dealers had any more E63s available in the inventory and the ones available were without any options.
I went on autotrader and found the E63, with options I was interested in in Silver Spring. I called the dealership and was connected with Tony. Right away, Tony took the initiative to cut a deal with me that I couldn't refuse. He was extremely expeditious with his service - within a day of calling, a deal was made.
As I love to drive, rather than having the car dropped off to me in NJ - I took a train to Maryland from NJ. Tony picked me up at the train station, provided me lunch knowing full well that I would be hungry. Dealing with Pedro Delgado in finance was seamless. After the deal was done, Tony sat with me and showed me many of the features (though I was getting impatient because I just wanted to drive!). He has all the little things already thought of - for example, I brought my EZ pass to drive home - he had velcro strips in his desk to set up my EZ Pass so it didn't slide everywhere.
Despite the distance from my home, I will certainly do business again with Tony. He is personable and gets things done quickly. I really appreciate his service, which was second to none.
