My Review of Mercedes-Benz of Westwood:
My total experience with Mercedes Benz of Westwood was excellent. This is the second car I have bought from them (the other was in 2003)and I have always had my vehicles serviced there over the past 7 years and have never been disappointed.
My recent ew purchase was with sales person Steve Carrigan. He was exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful and forthright in his approach. He did an excellent job start to finish. Ms. Winski handled the closing and also did a very fine job.
All in all I was extremely pleased with my experience and would recommend this dealership to anyone.

My Review of Mercedes-Benz of Westwood:
I had researched the market value of my trade in and knew what car I wanted. What I needed was a dealer that could give me the price I needed to make it happen. Chris Palmer was that person. A pleasant, professional salesman who knows how to do his job and do it well. It was a joy to finally culminate the deal with the 3rd dealership that I had gone too. Chris had all the paperwork ready for me to execute and get the car quickly. Although all the other dealer's contacted me and wanted to "match the price", they had had there chance. I don't play games and had made that clear to all. I guess only Chris believed me!
I would highly recommend prospective customers to Chris Palmer of Westwood Mercedes.

UPDATE # i really don't know who reads these posts? i've only written two in my life. it just so happens to be the same dealer in three days. purchased mine on monday, i was so impressed i purchased one for my wife on wednesday. dealt with the same two remarkable people with the addition on Desi who was GREAT. Tricia had all the paper work completed when i arrived, ever hear of sign and drive!!!! she will be the boss some day.
chris palmer, the same, made the deal happen, to my advantage. but as i said in my earlier post i've been dealing with chris for fifteen years now and i'm always satisfied. these two speak volumes for the owners of mercedes of westwood. desi handled all the paparwork and again great to work with. i hope this review helps someone who is looking for a mercedes, it's sure worked for me, TWICE in one week.

My overall experience at Prime Mercedes of Westwood was excellent. Steve Carrigan (V.I.P. Programs Director/sales consultant) and Trisha Winski (Business Manager) were knowledgeable, responsive, curious, and listened to my needs. They were true professionals and enjoyable to work with.

My positive experience started with my first phone call to the dealership through taking delivery of my new vehicle. The entire process was hassle free and both individuals were easily accessible via phone and e-mail unlike many other establishments that sign a purchase agreement, to then have back room staff process the transaction.

Our family has purchased many Mercedes, BMW, Lexus, and Audi vehicles over the past decade, and this was hands down my best experience. I would highly recommend Prime Mercedes and Prime Motor Group

This is the first Mercedes-Benz for us and our purchase experience was fantastic! Zhubin Shobeiri provided us with a tremendous amount of information and convinced us of the superior quality of MB. Prior to coming to the dealership, we had been looking at purchasing a BMW 5-series. Zhubin's enthusiasm and knowledge about MB combined with his exceptional customer service skills convinced us that MB was the right choice for us and that we would be in excellent hands at the dealership when it came time for service. This has been the single most positive auto purchasing experience we have had (significantly better than when we purchased our BMW X5 several years ago from a Boston dealership) and we would undoubtedly recommend this dealership and especially Zhubin to our friends and family who are thinking about purchasing a car. Zhubin is a tremendous asset for the dealership and MB!

My Review of Mercedes-Benz of Westwood:
I recently purchased a C300W4 from Prime. While the facility itself was extremely impressive the quality of service and attention to detail are the factors that helped influenced me to purchase from Prime rather then other local dealers. Among the appreciated steps they took for me was the fact that the did not push a comparible car in their inventory (that another dealer was trying to do), they tracked down the model with the exact features that I was looking for from other dealers. To summarize they went above and beyond to be sure I was completely satisfied.

I believe in the trickle down theory. From the people that answer the phones to everyone that we encountered it was professional, friendly, and with a attitude of doing whatever it took to please us.
Tom Silva is an outstanding manager that we look forward to dealing with many more times in the future. We will happily refer friends, family clients etc. to Prime. Alan Schokett was wonderful. Curtious and knowledgeable and again doing whatever he could to make us happy.
