My Review of Mercedes of White Plains:
I'm a little surprised about the 2 semi-negative reviews. I love this dealership, friendly, good work, very responsive. I used to use Greenwich M/B for service but they were HORRIBLE, see my review for that dealer. I drive an extra 20 miles to go here, and it's worth every bit of my time and gas to do so. I use Angelo as my service advisor and he is great- always looking for ways to save me money, supportive when i want to defer non-crucial items, to the point and efficient, and he never forgets to keep me updated on the status of the work. The service department is very busy- when you arrive in the morning sometimes there are 15 cars in line checking in for service. However they run pretty much like clockwork and have you out quickly. They have very good loaner cars, either C class or ML's. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to you... I've had no experience w/ the sales department so I can't comment on that side of the business.

My Review of Mercedes of White Plains:
For years, and persisting to date there is an overall tone of arrogance starting with whover answers the phone, and including salesmen, service writers, porters and cashiers. These people must have a terrific business to treat their customers so badly and still make money. I will (and have) drive an extra 25 miles to Estate or Greenwich to get away from them. I'm surprised Mercedes doesn't make them clean up their act.

My Review of Mercedes of White Plains:
service advistor wrote up the order sheet on top of the car hood. they should use a clip board not use a customer's car as a writing area. they put on the wrong wipter blade on the car. had to wait 15+ min for them to pull around the car, bad communication maybe. they pull up the car very aggressively like they dont care about your car. im not sure if they are lacking because of being very busy but they definitely need improvement. unbecoming of a premium brand service center.
