"Two Happy Customers!"

We worked with Roy Dobkowski Jr. on our lease trade in and walked away with an incredible vehicle at a price exactly where we needed it to be. Not an easy feat being that we traded in a lease early with high mileage. Roy made the process simple, comfortable and enjoyable. We shopped on a Saturday and our bank was closed. He wrote up the deal and closed it on Monday exactly as it was expected. There were a few variables (payoff) to consider so I was apprehensive. Everything came back on Monday exactly as he said it would and we picked up our beautiful new Jeep on Monday evening. Thank you for an incredible Jeep buying experience. "Easy Peasy!!!"

To be honest I didn't even look at dealerrater before I went here. I guess everyone has their own experience. Mine was FANTASTIC. Sat down with Pete, he priced out and showed me and my girlfriend several vehicles, put up with all our drama and gave us an absolutely great price. We love our new Jeep and would definitely recommend anyone to go see him.

"Not Even a Glance"

Came to this dealership to purchase a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Several employees walked right by my girlfriend and I as we showed ourselves around a new JGC on the lot. We decided to go into the dealership to speak with someone about financing options and possibly a full cash payment. After the girl at the desk calls for someone to help us, we waited 15-20 minutes, watched a couple dealers work with other people who came after we did. Needless to say, the reviews on this site are very fitting for this dealership. Terrible service, people who couldn't care any less about potential customers, and who lost a possible $40K cash deal because they just couldn't be bothered. The only thing this place did well was lose a customer. Great job!

"WORST DEALERSHIP!!!!"

Stay away from this place! They don't keep their word on anything. Gary the sales person that was helping me kept saying he gives bottom-line prices which he does but at the end bait and switches. Joe the owner seems like a nice guy but he seems like he doesn't care about customer satisfaction. Ended up buying a jeep from a different place. Wouldn't buy a car or anything for that matter even if it was a dollar from them.

"Love my new car!"

Just purchased my new grand Cherokee from Merrick dodge and I love it!! Sales and finance staff were such a pleasure to work with and I got a unbeatable price! My sales woman made me aware of prep fees and destination fees that other dealerships charge and Merrick does not. After shopping around I'm so happy I went with them! Saved me hundreds of dollars!

THE ABSOLUTE WORST DEALERSHIP!! WALKED IN ON A RAINY DAY TO BUY A CAR. JUDY POINTS US TO A DURANGO OUTSIDE , DOESENT EVEN WALK US TO THE CAR...UNLOCKS IT FROM INSIDE THE BUILDING, WHILE SHE SMOKES HER CIGARETTE. WE HAD NO IDEA ABOUT THE CAR...WE WALK BACK IN CHECK OUT THE TOWN AND COUNTRY AND SHE STARTS RUSHING US OUT BECAUSE IT WAS 5:30 AND THEY WERE CLOSING!!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME>?????? I ASK TO TEST DRIVE THE CAR AND SHE SAYS " HURRY UP WERE CLOSING"!!!! I LEAVE AND NEXT DAY DECIDE THE MAKE AND MODEL I WANT. I CALL AN HOUR BEFORE WE ARE READY TO COME IN AND BUY AND JUDY WITH A NASTY ATTITUDE SAY "WE ARE ONLY HELPING PEOPLE ON THE FLOOR" I WAS JUST THERE!!!!!!!!!!!! I ASK TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER AND A VERY ARROGANT BOB CARLO GETS ON AND CONFIRMS WHAT JUDY SAYS AND LAUGHS BECAUSE HE DOES NOT KNOW WHY IM SO MAD!!!! WELL I BOUGHT A CAR FROM ANOTHER DEALERSHIP....LOVE THEM!!! I just purchased a 2014 Jeep Cherokee Latitude for my wife. Darren was very accomodating and professional. I received a great price on my trade in and also on my new purchase. I have purchased many new cars from several dealerships and have never been this pleased. Most times after picking up my new car I feel as if i've been taken advantage of, but not with this dealership. It has been by far the best buying experience I have ever had. "Called for service appointment for a problem covered..."

Called for service appointment for a problem covered under warranty for my 2013 ram. When I asked for a loaner car was told they're backed up until february 2014 if a loaner car is needed. Mind you call was made Dec 27, 2013! Definitely would not recommend these clowns.

"Have a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 2014. I'm having..."

Have a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 2014. I'm having an issue with steering wheel vibration when driving over 65mph. Submitted complaint to Chrysler Group. They called me and advised to visit this dealership for service. Scheduled appointment, came on time at 9:30am. The moment i walked in nobody even said hello, except one girl who is answering phones and doing administrative work. Service adviser Anthony and other gentlemen were very unfriendly. I came up to Anthony and asked him what should i do now. He told me to wait so one of their mechanics can go for a road test with me to replicate the problem with steering wheel vibration. From then on i was just standing there in front of them for 40 minutes! During this time nobody said to me what is happening, or how much longer i should wait, or even just to say we are sorry for the wait. Instead during this time, while i was just standing there, they had their breakfast (the whole shop just stopped working), then they ate in front of me, and again all this time for 40 minutes i'm standing there and waiting. This kind of " SERVICE " is beyond any normal rules of how business should treat it's customers! I have never, ever experienced such horrible service and attitude towards customers anywhere! At 10:15am service adviser mumbled that mechanic is on it's way now (while mumbling didn't even look my way). Mechanic didn't come to me, didn't greet, just went straight to my car. From the moment mechanic got into car he without permission just removed all protective covers from steering wheel. During road test with a very nasty attitude he just kept denying that there is any problem, even when i saw from passenger seat that steering wheel was vibrating and pointed out this to him. We came back to the dealership and he walked me up to the service manager Keith. Also no HELLO, HOW ARE YOU? nothing! Mechanic suggested to me and to service manager that maybe they should give one the same cars they have to drive, so i can compare if it's just my problem or its general issue with all Jeep Grand Cherokee 2014. He said the no, they don't have any cars to give for a test drive (This is Jeep, Doge Dealership). I asked how can it be? Don't they give cars for a test drive to potential customers? He said nope. So i asked what else can they do to try to diagnose the problem. He said nothing. Mechanic said there isn't anything abnormal, so nothing else can be done. Then i suggested maybe they can try to check wheel balancing and alignment? He said also nope, no need for that, mechanic said there isn't any problem. This is really unbelievable service! So if i am, a customer and owner of new Jeep saying that i am experience problem with car, it don't matter to them. Honestly i'm outraged with this kind of service. Someone needs to be help accountable for such terrible behavior of employees at this place, and they way they treat customers. After this i spoke to Chrysler representative and they told me to take car to any 3rd party service to do wheel balancing and alignment. I did that, and turned out that all wheels where not balanced correctly, and alignment was also incorrect! I hope this helps other people who are thinking of buying Jeep or Dodge. Please keep in mind that not only you may get stuck with not so great car, but you'll have even worse service and customer service experience! I've had for many years Mercedes, Audi, Nissan and Acura, and NEVER experienced anything even close to this.

"This dealer is a ripoff.... brought it in for a sometimes..."

This dealer is a ripoff.... brought it in for a sometimes no start which we figured was the starter . Not that long ago the ignition module was replaced as a recall. The ignition would stick in the "on" position after starting it , once in a while . I called to find out about the car , was told that they were changing the starter and it may be ready the same day. The day was almost over and told them I would rather wait an extra day than have them rush. The next day we get a call and get told that the plastic key to start it was cracked and we had to pay 220 dollars for another one . I knew when I dropped off the car there was nothing wrong with it , but we gave the go ahead to replace it in good faith. When we picked up the car they gave us back a mangled key fob left in the car that looked nothing like what I left with them . I called the dealer and spoke with Tony to try and explain that this is not how I left the key with them when service took the car. He was the most obnoxious service person I ever dealt with I could not get a word in. He continued to fill in my sentences, spoke OVER me , and tried to tell me what my complaint was , he would not listen to a word he was loud and abrupt.When I asked to speak with the service manager I got voice mail twice after I told them I was not happy , he had his opportunity to discuss this issue. I will NEVER use this dealer again.
