My Review of Merrick Dodge:
I have a vehicle that was purchased for use by the disabled. The service department refused to make the needed warranty repairs on my air conditioning system. For someone who is in need of their vehicle for special reasons, you would think that a dealer would bend over backwards to help someone like that. Aparently money is more important than customer service for this dealership.
