My Review of Metro Honda of Union County:
Hi, this was my second transaction with Metro Honda of Union County in North Carolina. I have had many cars in my life and currently own four. The service I receive from metro Honda is outstanding! I have just turned in my 2008 Honda CRV for a 2010 Accord. Both of these vehicles are quality vehicles that are a pleasure to drive.
My salesperson thoroughly explained my new lease for the Accord, spending over 2 hours with me at the dealership. Malachi Smith (salesperson) completely took care of me. He even drove my new care out to my home in inclement weather, collected the few items I left in the CRV and brought them to me. He then engaged me in an inspection of the Accord covering all the functions for the new car complete with setting up my Bluetooth. Malachi never sold me a Honda; he provided information so that I could make a reasonable and intelligent choice given my criteria.

I absolutely appreciate the extraordinary service I have received over the past two years with Metro Honda. Each time I have gone to service my vehicle this service staff is attentive, friendly and prompt. The employees aren't polite and courteous. No, far better! They truly care, are warm and genuine even when they know I'm often in hurry and haven't made an appointment! Metro Honda's Team “get's it!" Even the people I have never seen, like the gentleman who frequently washed my CRV always returned a car that looked like it had a full detail---every time! The women in the cashier’s office too--warm, friendly and very helpful. They even recognize my voice when I call them.
I will be in the market soon for another vehicle and I'm clear that Metro Honda is where that purchase will take place.
It is my pleasure to recommend this dealership to my family, friends and clients. I do this with the highest level of confidence in this company and in particular this dealership, with its entire extraordinary staff. Metro Honda employee’s commitment to my satisfaction is what makes all the difference.

The best car buying experience I have ever had-what a product, what a team, I'm a customer for life.

From the minute I walked in the door to delivery of the car the experience was outstaning.

The sales people were knowledgable and easy to work with, no pressure, the price negotiation was painless, the paperwork clean and effecient.

Matt was very easy to work with and extremely helpful. He was very thorough and always willing to answer any questions I had. I very much appreciated him coming in on his day off to assist me with my car purchase. Overall my first car buying experience was great. Great family friendly dealership. Showroom, waiting area, offices and restrooms were very clean. Our son was able to work on his homework while we were filling out our paperwork. Our salesman was able to answer all my question about our new Accord.

Metro Honda of Union County is a great Honda Dealer. We worked with an internet sales representative, Matt Hatfield. Matt was very friendly, honest and upfront about everything regarding our purchase. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were purchasing, as well as giving us an accurate trade in estimate. The trade in value on our vehicle was great, too! Metro Honda is a low pressure dealership, and I like that. Everyone there was very friendly and honest, which is not always the case with car dealers. I was very happy to have had such a good experience at Metro Honda. I will definitely go back again when needed.

I purchased 2 vehicles from Malachi Smith in the last 3 months and he is an exceptional Salesman to deal with. Malachi Smith helped/answered all of my questions and then some. He is also a down to earth person. We spoke about many things..ie family life etc,
I would highly recommend Malachi to Friends or family when looking for a vehicle.
In addition Metro Honda is a GREAT place to purchase a vehicle.

People I dealt with were friendly, not pushy and were very knowledgeable. I feel I got a good deal and will come back when time to buy another car. This was a cash deal so I do not know if I would feel the same if I had tried to trade a car in. I will see sometime in the future if they can come through again.

My Review of Metro Honda of Union County:
My overall experience at Metro Honda was a very pleasant one. I called the dealership prior to my arrival to check on the vehicle that I was interested in, and made an appointment to actually see the vehicle. My salesperson, Sam, greeted me at the door with keys in hand, offered me a cup of hot chocolate, and had the car warmed up and ready to go! These actions alone showed me that Sam was very considerate of my time, and that he wanted to ensure that I was as comfortable as possible. After test driving similar vehicles earlier that day, my initial plan was to "sleep on it" before I made my decision. Aside from me absolutely loving the Honda Accord that I test drove (and later purchased), I found that it was truly the best price around, and was far better equipped than any of the other vehicles that I test drove at other dealerships that day. The actual trading in and buying process was seamless! They glady took my trade (another late model Honda) and were able to work out a very affordable payment on the newer vehicle, after I explained to them what I could/could not afford. Even though I stayed at the dealership more than an hour after closing time, everyone stayed until my buying process was complete- and didn't complain one bit! The thing that sealed the deal for me was the fact that I did not feel pressured into buying that vehicle, that day- it just felt "right"! The other dealerships that I had visited earlier in the day were very pushy, and literally tried to rip-me off because I am a young woman in my twenty's who was bold enough to walk into a dealership alone!... not Sam or the crew at Metro Honda. I am definitely a satisfied customer. Sam has followed up with me on more than one occassion and that let's me know that if I ever need anything in the future, help is only one call away! Thanks alot Metro Honda, for having the lowest prices in the area,valuing your customers, and providing me with my beautiful Honda Accord.

Malachi Smith was very accomodating and willing to meet with us 30 minutes before closing and stayed 1 1/2 hours after closing to finalize the deal. He will was willing to spend time with me the following day to further explain the operation of the car. Brian Barry- Finance was very helpful in assisting us to find the best financing.
