Dealer never beat the written rate quote as promised Sales Manager quoted my honda crv an additional $100.00 and made a ridiculous statement that he has the car in stock and it is a hot item Ha. I traveled from staten island paid the gas and tolls and was completely disappointed The manager Mr Servedio lost an immediate sale for $100.00 on this SUV. The internet advertisement beating a previous rate quote ia a complete understatement
The Deal: Front drive CRV there was only one left on the lot Black EX model $26,514 destination included my rate quote was $26.414 I guess he could'nt beat it Stay away from this dealership Beaware

My Review of Metro Honda:
I was shopping around for a Honda Accord. Most of the dealers quoted low prices and when i went in, they tried to jack the price up. When i went to Metro Honda they honored the internet price i had been sent and also threw in some freebies. My sales rep John was a good guy who helped me get what i wanted and didn't treat me like a rookie. Overall the dealership is a friendly place and the people are all active and engaging. The car came out fresh and clean with no problems at all. It left a very good impression on me and i' recommend this dealer to all my friends. When i picked up my plates John told me that I had received a navigation unit as part of a promotion which i wasn't aware of at first, it was a great ending to my vehicle purchase at Metro. While i was there i also checked out the service department which was clean and active. Looking fowrd to going back..

My Review of Metro Honda:
I went in with a quote they sent me through email for the Accord. When I got there they said that was not for the one I wanted, the one I choose cost700.00 more. I bought it anyway and went home with temporary plates. As of now, those plates have expired, and no one can anwer me as to where my permanent plates are. I can't drive the car without them. Customer service is a joke, no one answers the phone there and I can't get a straight answer when I do get someone. Never again! I am thinking about taking the car back as they have not lived up to their end of the contract.

My Review of Metro Honda:
I went there just shopping for good lease deal. I met John Lizares at entrance and felt the honesty and sincerity (not common ) right from the first moments Once he and the sales manager Rick Rivero realized that I’m relatively aware of the lease concepts, and have some competitive offers, they talked nothing but sense. We negotiate for a short time and reach a reasonable deal and I felt I was not cheated. It was a win/win deal and fair enough for me.
I notice that the environment in this place is very pleasant and friendly. The sales people were helping each other in order to serve the customer and speed up the sealing process. I have leased three times before and can say this time I have the best experience.

My Review of Metro Honda:
We purchased a CERTIFIED preowned element from them 2 years ago. I was 8 months pregnant and we specified we needed a safe, good, accident-free vehicle. We settled on the element which had 13, 000 miles.
We were assured by our salesman that the car was indeed accident free and a safe vehicle.

Since then, we've had the car serviced faithfully and took excellent care of the car. We had planned on returning to Metro Honda since we thought they did such a great job! But this past weekend, we went to another honda dealer to have the value assessed and see what we could possibly trade it in for.

We spoke to the gentlemen and he came back with a carfax of the car we currently have. We were SHOCKED to find out that our car was in two accidents, one major (had to be towed) and we weren't listed as the owners. When we checked the miles reported on that carfax it stated the vehicle had 27,200 miles!!!!!

I KNOW metro honda would of definitely run a carfax prior to them receiving the vehicle and I just can't believe they sold us a car that the odometer was rolled back 15,000 miles and not only was in TWO accidents (after we specified that we did not want that), but we were not told so!

We're not sure what steps can be taken from here regarding this matter (since our trade in value dropped on account of the two accidents). But my husband and i were truly DISGUSTED with Metro Honda and will definitely spread the word about this!!!!!!!

My Review of Metro Honda:
I remember reading bad reviews then I went and checked them out. With the exception of one guy there, everyone was incredibly nice and courteous! They beat 2 other dealers on price and took care of me the whole way through. I also spoke with the Director of Customer Service (They are the only dealership I know that has one of these) and he checked in with me the whole way to make sure everyone was treating me properly. If you have a problem I would speak with him if anything isn't what you expect, I saw him take care of a customer because that 1 salesperson wasn't acting properly.

I really didn't expect this from a Dealership... they actually cared about the customer and not profit.. I sent my friend to them, they gave me $200 for the ref feral and she said she got the same EXCELLENT treatment. I wish they had more brands than just honda.

Ok here is the problem, first you are overcharged from sales down to parts. Take a look at how many mechanics are replaced every year. Great renovations but guess who pays for it, the customer. They should send them away and Give Hudson Honda a chance to shine since they are the ones who really care about the customer.

Most horrible dealer of Honda..and i would really request everyone to rethink twice or thrice before going to this place.
They dont even bother about you once the deal is done. They dont answer your call properly...They even create problem for giving you the new licence plates.
If thinking of buying honda, just forget this dealer. Its not only my experience, but of many people who visited that place..
