My Review of Metro Honda:
Please save yourself time and money and not go to them.
Haytham is their salesperson who is a BIG liar and will probably lie to anyone and everyone just to get you to the dealership.
He told me, he had the the new Honda Pilot I wanted and I can come to the dealership and he can give me a better price than what I already have from other dealership.
I asked him twice, are you sure Haytham? and he said yes.
When I reached there, Haytham is busy lying to other customers so he sends their BEST salesperson of the dealership. His name is John (John jerk rather). John asks me which vehicle I wanted and I told him Honda Pilot with Navi (it was in the notes already though)
Jerk: Pilot with Navi?
Me: yes
Jerk: Does it have to have a Navi?
Me: YES, Pilot with NAVIGATION
Jerk: ok, I'll be right back.
Disappears without showing us a place to sit.
5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes..comes back and says we don't have a Pilot with Navi, and gave us the same old, "we just sold the last one an hour ago".
Jerk, will a DVD do?
Me: NO, How is DVD a substitute for Navi? (I'm thinking, if this is their best salesman, then I should not be here right now)
Sends his manager, who is even bigger fool.
He tells me, sorry I can't give you the price you want.
Idiot manager, do you even have the car to sell? Talk about matching the price.
Bunch of fools working there at this dealership.
