My Review of Metro Hyundai:
I purchased a 2005 Hyundai Accent. I changed the oil every 4,000 miles and transmission fluid every 24,000 miles at a transmission garage. At 76,000 miles my transmission started to slip. I had a 100,000 mile powertrain warranty. I took it to Metro Hyundai to have fixed and they would not honor the warranty. They said I had the wrong transmission fluid put in the car. Gas is gas and transmission fluid is transmission fluid. They have all this fine print in the owner's manuel so that they don't have to honor their warranties. My ordeal with them on this problem was not for the purchase of a car so they were very rude and unfriendly with me. I will never purchase another Hyundai and will tell all my friends to do the same.

My Review of Metro Hyundai:
I had this salesman threaten me that if I did not provide the survey that I received when I purchased the car that he would not give me my car back. This salesman threw a temper tantrum and was yelling and screaming at me in the middle of the dealership because I did not have the survey with me. I had to finally threaten to call the police and report a stolen vehicle if he did not get return my 1 month old car to me. After all this I got my car. I will never ever step foot into that dealership again as they lied to me before I got to the dealership, while I was at the dealership and after I left the dealership. Now I know why everytime I HAD to go to the dealership it was empty. That should of been my warning right there.

My Review of Metro Hyundai:
Horrible dealership! They try to rip you off by forcing you to buy a bunch of extra crap that you don't want. They add a "LV Market Adjustment" of $1500 to every car!! Then they rip you off in the financing office. Got a call a few days after buying the car that they could not assign my loan to a bank at the promised interest rate. Tried to force me to sign a contract with a higher interest rate... I refused... they yelled at me, berated me, LIED to me etc, etc. I refused and after 1.5 hours they gave up and let me have the car at the promised rate. The crap they told me was all lies and borders on fraud. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

My Review of Metro Hyundai:
I went in to purchase a vehicle at a reasonable rate and they also pulled the bait and switch on me. They raised the payments by 150 dollars more and would not let me bring the vehicle back despite me not authorizing the sale or rate. Wost of all the payments exceed what I can pay according to what I make and was originally denied by the finance company until they asked for a favor at my expense.<br><br>In their own word "We don't care if you can afford the vehicle" and they didn't even give me a full tank of gas. Instead I got the vehicle with the gas light on and although the salesman drove with me to pick up my trade in and knew about the problem. They still didn't feel they should have to provide me with the gas now that I have the car.<br><br>My only advise is to avoid them at all cost. They have no consideration for the customer and are crooks.<br>

My Review of Metro Hyundai:
What a night and day difference from my last experience at "Henderson Hyundai Superstore"! These Metro guys have their act together. Even though the service dept. was swamped today, they were able to get my car in and out within an afternoon! This was mostly for warranty work on a vehicle not purchased from their dealership. The service request was written up almost word for word from my description of the issues. They did find a problem that Henderson had not found on 3 seperate visits for the same symptom. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this is the final fix! First impressions mean a lot, and the guys at Metro made a good one, even going so far as to provide a quick wash-n-dry while it was in for service.!

Hold on to your wallet. Can you say "Bait and Switch?" Check their computer generated math. My sales receipt done by their computer errored in their favor (they collected more than they should have). It's dealers like this that make attorneys look honest and politicians moral. What a shame, They started out taking over Willden's business on a high note, but now, well, look elsewhere.
