My Review of Metro VW Audi:
Bought new A4 at this dealership. Sale went fine but the service department is horrible. Never fixed alignment problem, tires wore out at 9000 miles, dealership denied any responsibility despite earlier complaints. On the first servicing to check-out car, sent my wife out on bald tires without even a note. Never any follow-up even after survey requests. They don't care about their customers. Now have my car serviced at another local Audi dealership and receive great service...they even tried to help me solve the tire issue (aligned the car twice for free). Do yourself a favor..buy and service at Miramar Audi...they're professionals.

My Review of Metro VW Audi:
I bought a (what I thought was) a brand new audi a4 cabriolet. Turns out it was a repo, displayed on the showroom floor. Upon purchase, I was promised by the salesman that the scratches on the dash would be replaced as well as a detail. A week later, he denied promising anything and they told me the vehicle was sold "as-is." The car also had a bad transmission on it!!!! The salesman LIED to me and the dealership sold me a "lemon" of a car! BOO FOR THEM!
