My Review of Metrolina Dodge:
I took in my Dodge Sprinter for service under warranty. They said that they would cover the rental under warranty. The service person went on vaction and I never got a phone call from them. I had to call the dealer over a week later and was told my Van was ready. They then tell me I have to pay for the rental van since I did not pick up when it was ready.
I would have picked it up if they had called and said it was ready. They are charging me for the rental since they never callled me. I would never let them do a thing for me or any of my friends. They do not know any thing about custmer service.

My Review of Metrolina Dodge:
Initially I took my truck in for service due to an engine light being on. Upon payment of services was disturbed at the over charges I had been told nothing about. However, I must give credit where it is due - and after discussing the matter further with a manager, they did correct the matter to my full satisfaction. Metrolina took the steps necessary to ensure themselves of a repeat customer.

My Review of Metrolina Dodge:
The employees gave me the wrong information over the phone and when i got there they refused to let me speak with the person i was there to meet and had talked to on the phone. Customer service was horrible and the information i was given was incorrect. I would not recommend anyone come here to buy a vehicle after the experience that i had tonight. they got everything wrong even down to the hours they are opened. the whole thing was a very big inconvience. sincerely, unhappy in charlotte.
