I have dealt with this dealership for over 20 years and have purchased numrous vehicles here. I am in their service deaprtment several times per year for maintenance and any repair needs. I find their customer care and their technician workmanship superior and highly recommend them for new car sales and service.

My Review of Metroplex Toyota:
Don't try to deal with these guys for a new or used car. They'll try to rip you off! I stopped by Metroplex to see if they could help me find a new 4Runner while they appraised my old one for a possible trade-in. Vandergriff, Cowboy and North Toyotas all gave me fair appraisal. Carmax did, too. But Metroplex went $4,000.00 under all the other appraisals! On top of that, the 4Runner they did show me had a $2,000.00 mark up from the MSRP. Clearly, they tried to pull a fast one! It's a good thing I do my research online before making any purchases. Do NOT go there for buying a car. Customer care and service is not their thing. In the end, I went to Cowboy Toyota, got a really good deal for my old and new 4Runners, and drove away happy!

My Review of Metroplex Toyota:
I had an overall good experience with this dealership. They helped me find the perfect car for me, and offered a fair price. It was sightly more than I had wanted, but certainly a good deal. The employees at this dealership seem like they care a lot about how their customers feel, and they were willing to do what they can to make me happy. This is really important to me, as integrity and being honest with the customers is what I care about most.

My Review of Metroplex Toyota:
I was in the process of moving from Florida to Utah. I had been in touch with Natalie through their Internet Sales department about purchasing a new 2011 Tundra while I was on my way through Dallas visiting family. Natalie found a Tundra that fit my wants/needs and had it drop shipped to the dealership from the Houston port. I was going to be trading in my 2007 Tacoma and Natalie had me send them some pictures so they could give me a baseline estimate of what they would give me for the trade which was fare in comparison to other dealerships I had considered. A day or so before I was to come intown, it was realized that the truck would not be there until the Saturday I was to pick it up which was no big deal. When I showed up Saturday, Natalie double checked and found out the truck hadn't left the port yet and wouldn't be there till late Saturday night/Sunday morning. Even though the dealership was closed on Sundays, Natalie and her Sales Manager Deno Mooore, showed up on their day off to finalize the deal so I ccould continue my drive to Utah that day. Not too many dealers would show up on their day off to take care of a deal. It shows alot of dedication to their clients that Natalie and Deno took the time on their day off to get everything finalized. Natalie is a definite professional and I would recommend her to anyone.


On a side note, My mom has bought her last 2 cars from this dealer. She also does all her routine maintenance with them and has nothing but praise. If I wasn't living in Utah now I would definitely let them take care of my Tundra.

Went in to the dealership knowing it would be hard to get out of the truck that i was in, due to negative equity. The worked with me very patiently to insure that I got the deal i wanted on the truck that I wanted. The customer service that I recieved was amazing, I was treated with the utmost respect and friendliness. Can't say enough about these guys.

When we called Metroplex Toyota yesterday evening and asked for used car sales, our call was taken by Mark Chaney. He introduced himself as internet sales. He was quickly able to discuss our former purchases and service activity at the dealership, and we were happy to hear that familiar names and faces were still at the dealership. We told him how much we wanted to pay for a pre-owned Avalon. Instead of applying pressure to sell us a new car, he informed that they would be at auction Thursday and would begin looking for the right car for us at that time.

My Review of Metroplex Toyota:
Over the last ten or so years this service manager and department have proven their honesty and expertise. On so many occasions we received the customary phone call describing the items that were on our service list, many that were simply resolved with the turn of a screw or the re-attachment of a hose, all for no charge. The last time I remarked to Donnie Wright about such an experience, he simply replied, " I train 'em to be as honest as me!"
