My Review of Metropolitan Cadillac Saab:
When I retired 7/31/11 I promised myself that I would buy a Cadillac as a present for 42 years of work at the same company. I stopped at a store in the neighborhood where Metropolitan Cadallic was located. When I left the store I thought I would just take a look and see what they had on the lot. I then went in to the showroom. I scoped all of the cars on the floor and then I spotted the 4 door Cadallic CTS on the other side of the room. It was love at first sight. I had to have it. I started to talk with Jim Zarder and ended up buying the car a couple of hours later.

My Review of Metropolitan Cadillac Saab:
My experience at Metropolitan Cadillac was an excellent one. Not only did it meet the expectations promised but exceeded them. Our CTS Coupe was waiting for us when we arrived and looked and performed beyond belief. I love this car! Travis was one of the most knowledgable and courteous sales persons I've dealt with.

Knowledge of the cars was better than any other dealers we went to, the people were friendly and overall it was a good car buying experience. I am particularly not happy with the Cadillac web site it is of no help in buying a car especially in this price range. They should do WAY BETTER!!!!

We have been a customer of Metropolitan Cadillac for many years and have always had excellent respect and treatment. We recently purchased a new CTS from Jim Zarder, who has been our sales person for a very long time. Jim takes all the time needed to explain how everything in the new vehicle works. That makes it so much easier to find everything without searching as you're driving. The service department is second to none. Excellent dealership.

I was very impressed on Jim's knowledge of the SRX. It has more bells and whistles than any car I have ever owned and he knew how they all worked. He even offered to come to our house to set up our garage door opener.

My Review of Metropolitan Cadillac Saab:
I purchased a 2011 Cadillac. I have purchased many cars but this is the first time I have purchased a car that they didn't even fill the tank! I would expect more out of a Cadillac dealer. When I mentioned it, I was told "it's only 1/2 tank." I had two trade-ins with two liens. I was still receiving monthly payments due....after frantic phone calls to Metropolitan, they lied and said they had been overnighted and must have gotten lost. Amazing how they both ended up being paid off AFTER my many phone calls. Are they using this money as long as they can? Good thing I checked....I would have hated my credit going bad by Metropolitan not doing what they should have done to begin with! This will be the last time I purchase a car from Metropolitan or recommend them.

My Review of Metropolitan Cadillac Saab:
We drove 270 miles from Michigan to Milwaukee based upon an internet search for a 2010 STS AWD vehicle. We were contacted prior to our trip by both Travis Dowhen and Bill Poulos, who both described the listed vehicle as in beautiful condition and assured us we wouldn't be disappointed. Upon our arrival, we were immediately greeted by Travis Dowhen, who made us feel like we were at home, and directed us to the STS which was all prepped and ready for a test drive.

The STS was in every bit the condition they said it was, appearing "like new" with no blemishes in the finish or interior. Upon return from a test drive we felt no pressure to make an offer, but knew the asking price was in the ballpark. We made an offer for the car with the GM Certification, and within a few minutes, the "like new STS belonged to us."

Completing the sale with Douglas Stephenson was simple and direct, and he arranged for us to pick it up the following morning. We were amazed when we left the dealership in a snowstorm, we found that the staff had shoveled a path clear around our old car, and cleared the snow from it.

On Saturday morning we met with Travis again and he demonstrated all the technical aspects of the STS operation.

By 11:30am we were on our way home, having had one heck of a great car buying experience. We felt we received great service, a good price, and teriffic value in our new (to us) 2020 STS.
