GREAT EXPERIENCE....I just want to say thank you to all the folks at Michaels Autos for a wonderful buying experience. Ozkan, Frank and Douglas were a real pleasure to work with. Everyone works as a team, they all help me. No hassle, no pushiness just easy going and let you go at your own pace. The buying of the vehicle was smooth, quick and I got a very good rate they beat my credit unions interest rate which I tough that wasn't possible. I am very impress with the quality and selection of the cars they have in their car lot.I would HIGHLY recommend Michaels Autos.
Thank You Guys for helping me getting dream car 2008 BMW 750LI FULLY LOADED!!!

My Review of Michaels Autos Orlando:
I was referred to Michaels Autos by a friend who had purchased a car from them last year. He had a lot of good things to say about them so I thought I would give them a shot. My credit was a little bruised up, but I had a decent down payment, which I knew I needed since I was in the market for a late model BMW or Mercedes.

I went on their website, www.mikeauto.net, and picked out a couple of cars that I liked and that I thought would fit my budget. Their selection was pretty impressive, I thought, and the website had a lot of pictures and information. The next day, I decided to stop in during my lunch break and take a look and maybe test-drive the cars I had selected the night before. I also wanted to discuss financing and payment options.

I was greeted and assisted by Frank, who later introduced me to Oscar, the finance manager. From beginning to end, they both were outstanding in every way. I did not once feel pressured or intimidated, and they both actually took the time to listen to my needs and understand my situation. Minutes after submitting a credit application, Oscar got me a couple of approvals from their lenders. Mind you, I was still on my lunch-break, so I paid a deposit to hold the car and came back the next day with a recent pay-stub and the rest of my down payment. I am now the owner of a 2008 BMW 335i from Michaels Autos. And thanks to Frank and Oscars hard work and dedication, the overall experience was excellent, quick and painless.

I would recommend Michaels Autos, without hesitation, to anyone in the market for a used car, especially a late model import.

we have purchased two cars from douglas at michaels auto. what i love about michaels is there are a family ran company and thats how my wife and myself have been treated both times we bought a car from michaels. the last car we purchased was a infiniti it looks like a new car. two days after we bought the car we found that it had a weak battery. we called douglas at michaels he spoke to his service manager he told us to go to infiniti purchase a battery (it was prorated) bring the recipt back to michaels and they would pay us for the battery. they cut us a check for the battery on the spot just like they said they would keep in mind this is a used car sold as is micaels was under no legal obltgation to replace the battery but they did. big dealerships could learn a lesson from michaels treat people with honesty and respect and do what you say you will. thats how michaels operates. i would not hesitate to reccomend family or friends to michaels.

The airbag light was on when we bought the car and we were told that it was covered under the warranty, come to find out it wasn't and we had to pay for it. Also we were promised an owners manual, which we never received. Even after calling and emailing constantly for months.

My husband and I felt the price on the used vehicle we purchased was very fair!! I am very happy with my car and enjoyed working with Oscar Guven and would highly recommend doing business with him. My Review of Michaels Autos Orlando:
Recently Purchased a used 2008 Smart Fortwo Cabriolet from this Dealership. I couldn't be happier! Price was amazing, trade in value was MORE than fair for my vehicle, and the service was above any other dealer I've dealt with in my lifetime. I still keep playing the whole buying experience over and over in my head and can't believe how low pressure, easy and painless the whole transaction went down. I would recommend this dealer to ANYONE! It's hard to find a loyal and honest dealer, especially in Orlando, but this is by far one of the best around. Thanks again for everything!
