We drove from Olympia, WA to buy a titanium transit connect wagon that had all the features we were looking for. I didn't feel pressured or have any hassle with the sales team. The only reason I don't give 5 stars was that I asked for the car to be detailed before we drove it off and I felt that the job they did was less than stellar. Luckily it was a 2017 model and there really weren't any major flaws, just slight dust that could have simply been wiped up and some over-spray of cleaning fluid on the instrument panel. All-in-all, I am very satisfied and love the vehicle. More

I went to other dealerships before this and none of them provided the service that Mid Valley did. It was actually quite frustrating that those dealerships would not help me with what I was looking for. So I really do appreciate the great customer service that Mid Valley provided. I am very happy with my new 2018 ford escape. It is everything I wanted and more! More
