I've purchased many vehicles in my lifetime but the car buying experience was never as wonderful as it was during my recent dealings with Middletown Toyota/Scion. Curtis B., my sales associate and Riz the General Sales Manager, made the total car-buying journey completely painless for me. Their attention to detail, honest demeanor, professional attitude and willingness to go the extra mile every time they needed to, helped me believe that I would drive out of the dealership with a new car. They were always extremely calm and collected with me, even when I was not with them. Yet, when all was said and done, they managed to get the deal approved for the exact car I wanted and at an astonishingly reasonable monthly payment. On delivery day, Curtis came to my home, picked me up and drove me to the dealership where I was presented with my brand new Scion IQ. The car was perfect in every way at delivery and I left there as happy as a customer could be with Middletown Toyota/Scion. I was looking for a car as graduation present for my daughter. From the minute I got to the dealership, the reception was excellent, and I was referred to Bob Blakeslee, who did a wonderful job in listening for what I was looking for. I don't usually take the time to write reviews or complete surveys but I was so satisfied with the level of service that I received from John, Richard, Sherri, Samantha and the rest of the team at Middletown Toyota, that I just had to share it with everyone! The culture and atmosphere at this dealership is extremely welcoming and customer focused. During every visit, I felt like the spotlight was on me entirely. In my initial conversation with Richard and throughout my first meeting with John, I never felt like they were just trying to sell me something. The focus was always on what I was looking for and on what would best suit my needs and budget. John especially was wonderfully patient as he answered every imaginable question I could think of. He shared a fountain of information which better equip me to make an informed decision about whether to trade in and whether to lease or buy. Sherri in financing was also awesome. The process to finalize the sale was quick and seamless. And Samantha was a great help in going over all the features of my new car and how they operate. I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience. Middletown Toyota offers exceptional service! Thanks guys and gals; I absolutely love my new 2013 RAV4 :)!!!

I never write reviews but I felt the need too....I bought a used car about 2 months ago and the service was great the process was fairly good and every one was very friendly and helpful.... Until I bought the car and left. It only came with one key and they had promised me a second one... I had called several times and was always told they will call me right back now two months later and I never got one of my several calls returned. The last time I called I even offered to pay for the key if someone could just order it at this point... Still no call back. Ok dealer would buy from them again but don't leave with out getting every thing u want/need before you pay for your vehicle. A key seems so small but I was promised it and I've been blown off for weeks now.... Where is my key???????

I recently purchasd a new Prius at Middletown/Scion. This is the second car I have purchased at this dealership. Rich was easy to deal with and found the car I was looking for within a few days. Every aspect of the car's operation was explained to me in detail so that I could drive away feeling confident that I understood the operation of this new model.

We recently turned in a 2010 Prius Lease and purchased 2013 Rav4 the SUV plus same day my wife traded in a 2009 Prius and purchased a 2013 Prius, every thing done in less then 2 hr that was very good. Our saleman was CJ and he did an excellent job nice delivery area plus delivery girl help us to go over every thing. We like Middletown Toyota because the always offer best deal and great service.
