Made an appt for 1145am today, explained to both the salesman & the finance manager I was interested in buying out my $23k lease. When we arrived today, we were treated so poorly, told we would have to salesman & the finance manager I was interested in buying out my $23k lease. The finance manager comes out & says oh we don’t do lease buyouts on Saturdays, go to your bank. I said we can’t now, they all closed at noon. I asked to speak with a manager & the finance manager comes back up to us & says I’m a manager & I told you to go to your bank!!!! This was my 3rd lease with Middletown Toyota, but they wanted nothing to do with me because they get more for selling a new car than a used!!!! Horrible customer service!!!! You guys should be ashamed of yourselves treated loyal customers this way!!! Would never reccomend you guys!!! More

Otto lied to me about receiving deposit back if I didn’t like the Cross once it came in. Owner Joe doesn’t care about verbal agreement made, says it had to be in writing. Shameful. I couldn’t take the noise on the highway due to my medical condition so I canceled my delivery which Otto showed me large waitlist for. So he said someone else would get the car right away. Now won’t give the $1,000 deposit. More

I ordered my GR86 from Al Gonzalez in late March of 2022 and they were the only Toyota Dealership I could find that was not charging "Market Adjustment". They stayed in touch with me and were very patient w and they were the only Toyota Dealership I could find that was not charging "Market Adjustment". They stayed in touch with me and were very patient when I was calling to check the status of my order even though the supply chain issues made it impossible to predict when I would receive my car. I picked it up recently and Al and the rest of the team could not have made the entire process any less stressful. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Middletown Toyota and it will not be the last. Thanks very much for all of your help and having the integrity to be one of the few dealerships out there not price gouging. More

Less than honest dealership! We purchased a 2020 Camry with only 1,100 miles on it a couple of weeks ago from Middletown Toyota. We were assured that the vehicle had two keys/fob We purchased a 2020 Camry with only 1,100 miles on it a couple of weeks ago from Middletown Toyota. We were assured that the vehicle had two keys/fobs (the salesman even commented that they are $300 to replace yet he purposely didn’t show us the second one) but when we picked the vehicle up one was just a manual key with no fob/remote. The second issue was that when we first looked at the car we carefully checked all four rims which were in perfect condition but when we got the car home we saw that the left front rim had a 2 inch curb gouge on it after they took the car out to put gas in it. Even though we know for sure it was not there when we first looked at the car unfortunately it’s our word against theirs. Also, when we looked at the car there was chunks of mud on the rear floorboard which they promised would be cleaned up, the way they cleaned it was by throwing the floor mat over the chunks of mud. Covering up the mud isn’t a big deal but cheating us out of the remote/fob and damaging the rim to the point that we now have to pay even more to replace it is an issue. I would think twice before doing business with Middletown Toyota! More

Had a bad experience with them. Especially with the Finance Manager. He doesn't know how to properly treat his customers. We leased a car in 2015 and yesterday, at the end of the lease we went there to Finance Manager. He doesn't know how to properly treat his customers. We leased a car in 2015 and yesterday, at the end of the lease we went there to buy that leased car. I told him that we're going to lease another car from a different dealership because that other dealership gave us a good price. Instead of trying to match or beat that price, he trashed our application for financing and yelled at us and directed insults at my wife and I. It is a shame that this type of person represents this brand and dealership. I would highly recommend avoiding this dealership, there are plenty others with much better customer service. More

If I could give less then 1 star, I would have. Went into this dealership last month to look at a truck they had on their lot. We asked about financing at first, but once the loan came back with a huge down this dealership last month to look at a truck they had on their lot. We asked about financing at first, but once the loan came back with a huge down payment, we said no we will pay cash outright. We had 3 different purchase orders. Msrp on the truck went up on them, they added a warranty after we said no warranty, and changed everything on us. Today, I get notice from capital one, that my husband and I have a loan through capital one for the truck we were looking at. We never got the truck, never finalized the paperwork, never registered the truck, so how do we have a loan. We were told to leave the dealership after we asked them to remove the extended warranty from the paperwork and to put the price of the truck where it originally was! This dealership screwed us, took a month of our time, and we never even got a truck! My lawyer will be dealing with them next. More
