My Review of Midway Chrysler Jeep:
We were in the market for a 2006 Highlander Hybrid, and were pleased to get matched up with a great vehicle and a great sales person in Phil.

He was gracious in the negotiation process and we were able to amicably negotiate the price to get it into the range that we were comfortable with paying.

He handled the paperwork process fine getting us new plates and granting us the ability to accept delivery of the vehicle when specified and be able to drive it without needing to waste time at the registry.

Upon pickup of the vehicle, we noticed that it did not have an Owners manual, and was missing a hook in the cargo area that was where a cargo net would get installed. Since they had serviced the battery on the car during the vehicle prep, we had to drive it around a bunch and return the next day to get it inspected.

When we got there, he not only had obtained the Owners manual, but also a new set of hooks AND a Cargo Net for us. He totally went above and beyond expectations on coming through for us.

My wife and I had a pleasant shopping experience at Midway jeep Chrysler. There was no pressure from all people encountered. We dealt with two different salespersons (Phil and Tony). Both were very accomadating, informative and a pleasure to deal with. We would recommend (and aleady have) this dealership to anyone interested in a chrysler / jeep product. Hats off to the staff especially Phil and Tony!

I am usually not fond of saleman but Phil was a great person to work with. The whole overall experience was excellent. Financing was great. Anything I asked they had the answers. I was able to purchase my jeep and do all the paperwork and pick it up within days. Everything was fantastic.

Phil was great from the moment my wife and I walked into the dealership. He was very professional and knowledgeable of the different vehicles. He worked with us to find the exact car we wanted and the price was great. The day I picked up the Jeep was Phil's day off; however, he came anyway to ensure everything went smoothly.

We also interacted with several other employees and everyone was extremely friendly. I will certainly mention Phil and Midway Jeep to any of my friends who are looking for a new car.

My Review of Midway Chrysler Jeep:
This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Midway using the same salesman - Tony Doheney. Two vehicles may not soound like a lot but we keep our cars for a minimum of 8-10 years. As a result of purchasing less frequently than most buyers -service is our most important requirement. Their service is excellent and this true of both their sales and service repair department.

Of course we research price prior to purchase but our comfort with Tony takes the anxiety out of the purchase. He is very direct and willing to do what is necessary to complete the sale and ensure you are satisfied. My husband and I resist any pressure tactic and when dealing with Tony there is an abscence of pressure.

My Review of Midway Chrysler Jeep:
Leased an 08 Grand Cherokee from this dealer. I live in central MA and had never had to extend beyond Westborough to lease. I spent a lot of time searching this time around and had a bad experience up until I went to Midway. A little pushy at first, but once the ball began to roll in a manner of speaking they were very accommodating. Great price, and within 3 hours my 2005 was turned in, the 2008 was cleaned, registered, inspected, and ready to drive home. Would highly recommend this dealer, and ask for Tony.

My second jeep that I purchased from Midway. They are very competitive with pricing. They provided quotes on-line, which were the best of the dealers, and Phil Ohanian who I worked with was friendly and knowledgeable. Will go back to buy my 3rd jeep sometime in the future.

My Review of Midway Chrysler Jeep:
Recently leased a 08 Jeep Liberty and was pleased with the ease of the entire process. Spent a lot of time looking at many different kinds of deals & cars and went with Midway because they actually honored their newspaper ad. It's amazing how many dealerships ignore the fact that if they are actually straight with the customer, they can earn business for years to come. Sadly, many dealers are more concerned with just getting bodies in the door and will advertise almost anything to draw you in.

Working with Ken at Midway was a pleasure. He was professional, informed, and made an actual effort to make sure we were getting we wanted.

I can't say for sure that I will want to get another Jeep when my lease is up but I would certainly advise looking into Midway if they have a make you are interested in.
