My Review of Mike Castrucci Ford Lincoln Mercury:
When I started looking for a new truck I stopped in and talked with Mike Routt and he showed me what Ford had to offer. After visiting other dealerships and receiving less than acceptable treatment, I returned to Mike and Castrucci Ford. We decided on a vehicle with the options I had wanted and Mike ( and others at others at the dealership) set out in search of that vehicle. They worked diligently to find and acquire the vehicle (somewhat hard to find.

While negotiating the deal, Mike was an absolute pleasure to work with. I never felt any pressure of the "take it or leave it" or the "you must decide right now". He was open to listening to me and my offers. I could not find a dealer that would come close to what they offered.

The financing and warranty options were also presented in a low pressure format by Craig. This part of the process is normally stressful with all the extended warranties and financing options. He found a great rate and presented the warranty facts, answered questions, and let us decide without pushing us in any direction.

The whole dealership/staff gives the person a warm and inviting feeling of someone who cares about the person purchasing the vehicle and not just selling them a car. In fact, later in the evening of the day we took delivery, I received a call from Craig wanting to know how I liked the vehicle.

I am recommending to everyone (family, friends, anyone who asks about it) in the market for a new vehicle to stop by and give this dealership a try. You will be surprised at what they have to offer and how you can be treated when you are in the market for a vehicle.

My Review of Mike Castrucci Ford Lincoln Mercury:
I started using Mike Castrucci Ford in Alexandria for all of my vehicle maintenance needs approximately seven years ago. I have found the service personnel to be excellent to work with in all situations. Their professionalism, courtesy and honesty is especially appreciated, as well as their being highly knowledgeable about maintenance and service needs with vehicles. In particular, I like their common-sense approach to service needs by proactively recommending service that is necessary and not pushing unnecessary service work. As a result of their proactive approach, my vehicles have been highly dependable and safe as a result. In addition, they have always been extremely fair and honest as to charges and pricing.

Up until a year ago, I had only used this dealership for service needs. However, due to the great experience with the service personnel and working with Steve Black of their sales area when shopping for potential vehicles in the past, my family group has purchased several new vehicles from this dealership working with Steve. As to our buying experience, it has been excellent working with Steve. His honesty, courtesy, professionalism and knowledge of the product was really appreciated. I have even recommended friends go to Steve when they were purchasing a new vehicle and they have told me he was exactly as I described and truly a pleasure to work with, which has been my experience as well. I also would like to mention that their Finance and Insurance person was excellent to work with in each new car transaction when completing the paperwork and finishing the details. Similar to the service and sales staff, the F&I fellow was highly professional and great to work with.

I think the things that impress me most about these folks is their high level of customer orientation and commitment to satisfying the customer, as well as their honesty and fairness.

Steve Black is/was very helpful leasing my new Lincoln and helping me transition from my end of lease on my MKX to the new MKZ. My wife returned several days after the sale to have a front license plate installed and thet was also a very good experience. She was in and out in no time with a car wash included.

My Review of Mike Castrucci Ford Lincoln Mercury:
Jeff and Dave were both superior to work with. I began working with Dave but whe was I'll Jeff stepped in. Although both were extremely helpful, neither used high pressure sales to get my business. After I purchased the vehicle, Jeff spent considerable time demonstrating how to use all the tools/options on the truck. He even set up my phone (Sync) before we left. I feel that both Jeff and Dave would just as courteous and helpful now that I have bought the truck as they were during our negotiations. I would recommend your dealership to everyone I know!!!

The past 2 new trucks and new Edge i bought were from Steve Black. He is such a good salesman that i sent my daughter to him for her new ford focus. Anytime someone asks where is a good place to buy a new car or truck i recommend Steve Black. I am looking forward to purchasing a new Edge in the future and i will be calling Steve when i am ready to purchase it. I actually enjoyed shopping for our new vehicle at this location. There was no pressure,very relaxed environment and Jeremy Huffman was a very pleasant gentleman. We had our granddaughter with us and he even made her feel special! Jeremy answered all our questions and concerns with great ease. Our whole experience was delightful I will recommend my children to shop for there next vehicles here. We were treated like people and not just a cash figure. Great job!!!! Jeremey and the staff was excellent to work with. I bought my first "new" car and was out of there in about 2 hours including test-driving, signing the paperwork and trying to decide which car was perfect for me. Jeremy eased my fears about buying a new car and helped me choose the extra warranties and protections that fit my driving needs. I feel that Jeremy had my best interst in mind. I will definately recommend family and friends to Mike Castrucci and I wil be buying any future vehicles there as well. Thank you!!!
