I inquired online about the Ford Edge online. Received an immediate response from Steve Black (new car sales) about a new vehicle and price quote. I was interested in used vehicle, even though Steve Black was new car sales he never hesitated to go ahead and help me through my whole process of purchasing a used 2012 ford edge. He worked with the used car manager and took car of my wife and I through the whole process. Steve was very professional and very upfront. Steve was a great pleasure to work with, I have to mention that he is not the usual stereotypical car salesman. Even after we purchased he stayed in contact and helped with any question or issue I had with learning the ford sync system. When I had a service issue Steve again was right there to help and take car all the way through. I will definitely recommend Steve Black to anyone I know who may be in the market for a new Ford automobile.

Steve Black did an excellent job selling the Focus. From explaining all the features of the car and Ford finance incentives; to arranging the transfer of the desired color car from their Milford location. He did it in a low pressure manner with humor and grace. Craig Chabot the sales manager patiently explained the paperwork and was knowledgeable about interstate title transfers.

I went to mike castrucci ford looking for a new F-150 I was approached by a nice young man named mike routt he was very polite and knowledgeable about the F-150 and he asked me numerouse questions to make sure I got what I needed in my new truck after test driving mike made the whole negotiation process very easy and explained the sync system completely and even offered to have us come back for follow up classes on sync I would definitely recommend Mike Castrucci and Mike Routt to anyone wanting to buy a new Ford

I've bought two cars from Mike. Whether you know a lot about buying a new car, or not, Mike's the guy to see.

First, Mike sells two of the very best makes of vehicle that you can buy: Ford and Lincoln (obviously).

Second, Mike works at a volume dealer and wants to sell cars. I know when I walk in the door at a dealership whether the dealer wants to make money on big markup(at customer expense), or selling lots of cars. Castrucci is a volume dealer and Mike gets it. Anyone who has bought a new car knows how it feels to get the runaround. You see it all the time. What you may not know is what it feels like to get the straight deal. I know the ins and outs of car buying and I can tell you that, without a doubt, Mike will not use your understanding against you. I don't go around telling dealers that I know what I know. I just go in and try to get a deal. When I first met Mike, I knew that he understood his role as a mediator between me and the owner to get the best deal for me, but also that the dealership can live with. Again, Castrucci is a volume dealer, so they want to move a lot of cars. That's a great place to do business.

Third, Mike is just a genuinely nice, interesting, and sincere guy. I know that he has a conscience and wants to make his customers happy. I've seen it several times. Mike and I communicate about random topics, like friends, not business associates. You don't find that in salespeople any more. I can tell he really likes people and dealing cars. That's what you want.

Let me summarize my review of Castrucci and Mike Routt with an illustration. Keep in mind that I had bought a car from him already. I put 10-15 hours of research into my purchase. I knew what other dealers were asking for the car I wanted. And when I say I knew what they were asking, I mean I had 5-6 prices on a spreadsheet showing what the biggest volume dealers in Kentucky, Tennessee, and Ohio wanted for this car. I knew the dealer cost. I knew their discounts. I knew my discounts. I called Mike out of the blue and asked him what he'd sell the car for. He politely requested the opportunity to discuss it with his managers and called me back. The price he gave me beat everyone easily. Hands down. No haggling. No feeling like I'm being manipulated or lied to. Just the straight answer of what it will take to put the keys in my hands. I told him on the phone that I wanted it. Period.

Mike's a great guy who you can trust to work the best deal for you. He's sells great products for a great dealer. I won't even bother wasting my time listening to sharks trying to dupe me the next time I'm ready to buy a car. I'll just call Mike.

I recently purchased a used Ford F-350 from Mike Castrucci Of Alexandria. My sales person, Jeremy Huffman, was very knowledgeable and helpful and lead me to the perfect vehicle with the perfect price.
The used car managers, Dave Green and Jon Dickten, helped me get the best interest rate for the used truck I was purchasing. Dave and Jon got me in and out of the dealership quickly.
I am giving a "5 Star Rating" because the sales people were very professional and helped me find exactly what I was looking for in my price range. My husband and myself have been looking for a newer car for couple months. We have been to a variety of dealerships. By far, our best experience was at Alexandria Mike Castrucci. Mr. McIntosh was very kind and honest with us about all our options. He answered all of our questions and the best selling point of working with him and Mr. Green was they were not pushy, smothering or rude. They explored all our options to best benefit my husband and myself to get us the best price and in the vehicle we wanted. I have recommended them to many people. Contacted this dealership via phone after a bad experience at another local dealer. I spoke with Cameron about what vehicle I was looking for and what I had for a trade. He did a sight unseen appraisal and found me the vehicle I wanted. It was at their Milford location, he made arrangments to have it brought to Alexandria. We went out the next day, did our test drive and loved the car. We went in and I told Cameron what I needed for my trade and where I wanted to be with my payment. Within a few minutes I had exactly what I wanted for my trade and they were able to get me with a few bucks of my payment. Everything went great from the first phone call to the first in person meeting. I had the best and fastest experience with the finance person I have ever had anywhere. While you are waiting they have great refreshments available and all employees are nice and will strike up a conversation with you. Will deal with them on my next vehicle purchase for sure and will use them for maintenance on my new one.

Great experienced. We were influenced by Cameron Goode to purchased our new car. He called us and we couldn't say no to the price. Once we came in Jim was helping us the entire time. I have bought several new cars from Mike Castucci Ford Alexandria. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. The salesperson I have worked with, Jeff Chesser, is by far the most helpful, courteous and friendly car salesperson I have every dealt with. I have never been pressured to buy and he has always given me a fair deal. I recommend Mike Castrucci Ford to all my friends.
