My Review of Mike Castrucci:
EGADS! What a bunch of liars! Every ad they run is a big fat lie! They tell you they have all these cars - they don't. They tell you that you can buy a car at a particular price, but when you get to the financing guy - you have to pay all these extra fees and you can't get the special price if you are not getting your loan through the dealership. I belong to a credit union, why would I take the high rate from the dealer when I get a great rate from my C.U.? They don't tell you any of this until you are locked in the office to sign papers and they they try to get you to sign stuff without reading it. If you go there, don't let them make you sign anything unless you read it all. I would not take the Fusion they had with all the extra fees added in because it was not the advertised price and when I tried to leave they practically tied me to the chair. It was the worst experience of my life! Don't go there alone... take a friend... you will need help leaving if you don't buy.

My Review of Mike Castrucci:
I went there for a car. I was lied to from the start. They took my car keys and would not let me leave when I wanted to. I wanted a new car, and they kept trying to make me take a used one. They said they could help me even though my credit was not so great. They lied. They wanted to make me pay a lot more than the car was in the paper for and tried to make me pay $450 in fees. When I finally got my own car keys back I left out of there fast. John was rude and mean. I would never tell anyone to go there. That place has always been a den of theives.
