Mike Brown made me feel immediately comfortable and I trust him completely. I am confident Mike sold me the right car for my family's needs. He could have chosen to encourage a more expensive model, but after listening to me, he did not. Mike's character and work ethic represent exactly the kind of reputation sales consultants should strive for. From first contact through the time I drove off the lot, I felt as if I was Mike's ONLY customer (and this was 4 days). Bryan Peek (Finance Mgr) was efficient and informative. He answered every question.
This was a positive experience and I would highly recommend Mike Patton for new or used vehicle purchases - and especially Mike Brown.

My husband and I's experience at Mike Patton Auto Family was great. We made an appointment online and as soon was we walked in the door we were introduced to our sales consulstant Shane Shipman . Shane was extremely nice. He didn't try to push us into buying a car we couldn't afford just the one we wanted. And then the finance guys got approved and in the car :) I would recommend Mike Patton Auto Family to anyone and they should definitely go see Shane Shipman

My experience with the Mike Patton Ford Lincoln Dealership on Friday (Good Friday), March 29, 2013 was great. My sales person was Sherquera Davidson. Ms. Davidson is a true professional who knows her Lincoln Product well. I actually made contact with the Mike Patton Dealership on Thursday, March 28 by telephone. That is when I first spoke with Ms. Davidson. She did a great job of laying out the ground work before my wife and I arrived at the dealership on Friday.

When we arrived Sherquera met us at the front door. Throughout the sales process Ms.Davidson was very coordial, informative and attentative. I have purchased or leased at least 12 automobiles in my lifetime and I can say without a doubt that this recent automotive transaction was the best.

Ms. Sherquera Davidson is the best automotive sales person that my wife and I have had the pleasure of working with. Mike Patton and the Mike Patton Sales Managagement Team should be proud to have Sherquera as a professional team member.

We bought a new F150, which we really like, and our overall experience with the dealership was good. It was "Great" having the salesman that we had, Kunal Patel. He was very attentive and knowledgeable about the vehicles. We were quite disappointed when we went back to finalize the transaction. Had a time of 2:00pm to get the paperwork completed, but had to wait till almost 5pm before that was done. While we waited, our truck was being cleaned, which was "not" satisfactory at all. I guess the man who did that, wasn't having a good day. Other than these two complaints, we had an overall good experience.

Thank you Kunal, you made our wait quite bearable.

Internet ad was very helpful and led to our coming to the dealership. Price was competitive. Salesman K. Patel was a pleasure to work with and very straight forward. My only criticism is the phone system. The operator did not pick up on two occasions when I chose that option, and once when I tried to leave a message in reconditioning for Mr, Patton, my call rolled back to the main menu, where once again the operator did not answer.

This was an excellent buying experience. The car I wanted was a challenge to find but my sales person searched high and low and found one. He let me make my own decisions and provided me with support when I had inquiries.He did not try to change my mind as another dealership had done or try to coerce me to buy something from the lot. I really appreciated the frequent communication and use of email communication. As someone who works, this allowed me to review information and respond when convenient. The price was what I expected. I enjoyed not needing to haggle and appreciated the assistance in selecting the best finance option. Most of all I appreciated the time spent showing me how to work my new and very technological car. I am still learning about it as I drive, but the basics were covered and I appreciated that. Thank you! I will be back in the future and definitely recommend this dealership to others.

I went in thinking I would not find a car in price range. Then i met Mr. Brown who took the time to talk to me and help me purchase my own car. There was no pressure just understanding and patience I felt like he was a family member advising me in an important decision. I was able to trust him and believe that he really wanted to make me happy.

This was a a very great day for my grandson I bought his first car. Our salesman Mike Smallwood was great to work with he did everything to make it great for him and I appreciate it so much they took care of every detail and went beyond what I expected.
