Jon Bryant's no-pressure style was just what my wife and I hoped for in a salesman. Though he admitted being new to the business, he was very willing to find answers to questions he didn't already know. We were up against the clock and Jon tried to get the sale finalized ASAP. Ultimately, the financing end kept us longer than we'd hoped. Jon had the car detailed and washed before we could even start the financing paperwork.

My wife and I were pleased to learn that Mike Shaw supports self-employed/small business owners as much as he appreciates military personnel.

Tamarin Mullenaux was very friendly and made sure my car buying experience was given to someone who could take good care of my through the buying process. She introduced me to James Spraggins. James was very friendly and helpful. He took me on a test drive and was very helpful. He walked me through the paperwork and handed me over to Cindy Knoblock. Cindy in finance was also very friendly and efficient in handling my financing. I would recommend anyone to go to this dealership and ask for any of these three people. The employees and managers at Mike Shaw Buick and GMC made my car buying experience truly extraordinary! The dealership and all the employees made me feel as though I was already a part of the Mike Shaw family even before I agreed to buy a car. The customer service was top of the line, probably the best I have ever seen in a dealership.

Walking into Mike Shaw I was immediately greeted by JR. He was courteous and friendly and tended to my needs with urgency. I brought my wife and 2 year old son to look at a 2010 and 2012 Chevy Malibu. JR immediately helped us get into the 2012 and take a test drive within 5 minutes of being there. JR willingly sat in the back seat with my somewhat rambunctious 2 year old son(definitely under stated). He was always polite in questioning and never pushy in any sense of the word. I had a wonderful experience with JR, and had a memorable meeting with "Mr. Finance", aka Dutch. He and Flattop Scott were both true gentlemen in every way possible, hell they even feed us a wonderful lunch. I would hope that everyone who has the experience of buying a car, new or used, would have these people surrounding them and helping them in their process.
