I dealt with Jonathan Logue, a sales representative, to purchase a 2008 Mercedes E350 and found him to be courteous, responsive, helpful, and very professional. He knew his cars very well and provided all the information we needed without any sales pressure. Fran King handled the financial part of the transaction and was very competent.

Tops in service and attentiveness. Covenient location in Siver Spring, MD, autopark that easily facilitates comparison shopping between brands and comparable test drives. (M-B usually wins the contest but it's always good to try out the competition and understand value.)
Friendly and well-informed staff who know the M-B product line, past and future manufacturing and design variations, future model changes, options, etc. After delivery the sales staff remains ready and willing to assist with any inquiries on the operation of the vehicle, activation of phones, SAT radio, NAV, Tele-Aide, etc.
Straightforward, no nonsense business practices with fair pricing and broad financing options and overall flexibility.
Have purchased/leased multiple cars for them and service quality and availability is equal to the quality of the front-end sales staff.
Would not go anywhere else.

I've purchased three cars in the past. After eight years, it was time to upgrade & purchase a Benz. I responded to some internet ads & got the run around. I even went to one car dealership & the car wasn't even on the lot! Can you imagine? What a waste of time and gas!

I responded to an internet ad at Herb Gordon-Mercedes Benz. I received a phone call from the Sales Representative, Kody Wood, who scheduled an appointment for me to come in to look at the car. Next, I met the Sales Manager, Ray Goodarzi, and then the Business Manager, Aida Duncan. What a team of professionals! They were all very professional, patient (not pushy), and knowledgeable. They gave me an excellent deal! Kody even offered to pick me up & take me to pick up the car, even though I was close to 50 minutes away. Ray & Aida took care of all the business aspects & had everything ready to go, including new tags & registration - what service!

Words cannot express how thoroughly pleased I was with the service from this team. I highly recommend this dealership. I'll definitely return to purchase cars in the future. There's no need to go anywhere else - make Herb Gordon Mercedes-Benz your first and last stop.

I have had horrible automobile shopping experiences in the past. However, I will give credit where credit is due. Mr. Kody Wood is an amicable, professionsl, and outstanding person. Mr. Wood did not make me feel forced to buy nor intimidated in the dealing process. He took time in his busy schedule with HIGH GAS prices to come and pick my brother and I at my home and take me to pick up our vehicles.

I bought a beautiful C300, 4matic, and Iridium silver. His service was so outstanding I recommended my brother to deal with Mr. Wood so both of us have a new Mercedes. This is my second Mercedes from Herb Gordon and I have to say the professionalism shown is worth spreading the word. The service advisors are corteous and will answer your concerns fairly quickly. I want to say thanks to Mr. Crossman from the Green Team (service dept), always quick, excellent service and I appreciate that.

In addition, Mr. Wood took the time to show me step by step the features on my vehicle which are amazing. Mr. Wood, I will deal with you when the 2010 SLK 350 comes out.

I live in NE Florida, so mine was an online purchase.

Mr. Wood was extremely professional and proactive throughout and following my purchase. Mr. Wood met me at the airport, then introduced me to the folks who supported him in my sale. I also extend my appreciation to several other folks at Mile One/Herb Gordan including Mr. Ray Goodarzi, Mr. Frank Wilson, and Ms Fran King.

The vehicle was exactly as described, and the Mile One/Herb Gordon team had actually undertaken some work to make it BETTER than described!
