Al is an OUTSTANDING sales person -- have followed him to this his 4th dealership. He is totally attentive to the needs of the customer. He treats everyone like family and in fact we've met his wife and son. I can not commend him enought for his way of dealing with people -- there are none better!

I had avery pleasant experience .My salesman was very professional and took a lot of time to not only negotiate the deal but tell me about the car as well. Doug was an excrellent Salesmen .Tom Stancavage was also very professional and handeled the financial aspects of the deal in a very exemplary manner. I also got two great cigars out of the deal. How excellent.

Michael was superb from start to finish. He is extremely knowledgeable about his product and addressed any concerns we had. This is the second car we have purchased through Michael and I'm sure there will be more in the future. It was a pleasure working with the entire group (Drew, Tom, ect...). My Review of Mile One Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis:
June 2005 I Took my ML 320 in for its 48,000 check-up. A person in the service department broke the lower apron for the driver's seat. I did not discover this until I returned home. I immediately called and reported the breakage. They said it would be ordered and repaired immediately. In Sept. they called and said the part was in, as we were leaving for Europe, I could not bring the car in. When we returned I called the dealership and made an appt. When I picked up the car it had not been repaired (it was left to me to discover this). They had given the part away to another customer. The part was reodered, again I went in. They did not have the complete part. As of 18 Nov. I am still waiting for the parts. There have been other incidents of this nature. After this is repaired I will never go to this dealership again.
