My Review of Mile One Motorworld Acura:
The service department is very prompt. At the time of the appointment, the service advisor is waiting for the car. Any questions are answered immediately. You are told what is going to be done and the approxiamte cost. The car is taken to the service dept. immediately, while the customer is taken courteousaly to the waiting room. The wait for the vehicle is manageable and never too long. The serivce is excellent. After the car is ready, the service advisor goes over the bill to insure that the customer is satisfied. It is always easy to make a convenient appointment.

My Review of Mile One Motorworld Acura:
Car shopping can be fun, but it's generally not somethingn I look forward to. I don't like pushy salespeople, and haggling over price. I just want to be given the best price right out of the gate. The individuals I dealt with at Motorworld were fantastic to deal with. No one was ever pushy with me, and all my questions were answered immediately (or I was put into contact with someone who could answer it). Most important of all - I got a good price up front. I am very happy with the vehicle I purchased, and the sales staff at Motorworld really made it an effortless process. I was amazed at the professionalism of all staff I dealt with at Motorworld, when compared to other dealerships I have recently visited. I will be a return customer to Motorworld, and I have already recommended them to family and friends.

My Review of Mile One Motorworld Acura:
Omir is a wonderful salesperson. He listened to our needs, financial concerns and requirements. He was quick to answer our questions. An excellent experience. The selection is very good with all brands, not just Acura. We have had an Acura in the past and my husband is now driving a 2008 Acura TL. We love everything about the car. we feel that you really get "a real bang for your buck" with Acura.

Overall I have always had a positive experience at Motorworld. The atmosphere is beautiful, everyone is friendly and helpful. The sales experience is always pleasant. No pressure sales, which is important. There is nothing worse than being pressured into a purchase that you really didn't want to make, and at Motorworld there is no pressure.

My Review of Mile One Motorworld Acura:
I previously had a Lexus GX-470, but, after test driving the Acura, and getting the price, I decided to switch, which I never expected, since I really loved my Lexus.

Customer service was top-notch. The dealer added a wood steering wheel and roof racks, and it came out great!

Leasing the 2009 Acura MDX with Motorworld was a very postiive experience. In fact, I already recommended your dealership (and my salesman in particular) to a friend, who is also going to get a vehicle there.

My Review of Mile One Motorworld Acura:
This was not my first transaction with Motorworld. I purchased a 2004 MDX and a 2006 TSX.

I would not have been back to the dealership if I was not happy with my two previous purchases.

Both salespeople and the finance manager, Bryan Ciesielski, were very friendly and courteous. I rate Motorworld A #1.

I live in Vestal, NY and there is no Acura dealer in the immediate area. I visited the two closest recommended (on your website)dealerships and Motorworld Acura was, by far, the most courteous and demonstrated the most knowledge of your product and services. As a result of their outstanding performance and very competitive pricing - which is reflected in my ratings above - I purchased a 2009 Acura RDX from this PA dealer even though I am a NY State resident. Motorworld also has a very attractive service policy for out of town car owners and I look forward to a long relationship with them as I enjoy my RDX driving experience.

Always a pleasue to deal with Omir and Brian. Both are excellent at what they do. Omir, as a salesman, goes above and beyond to deliver not only a beautiful car, but a happy customer. Yes, Motorworld is big, but the personal experience created by Omir and Brian makes it feel like to place is built just for you.

My Review of Mile One Motorworld Acura:
We were not in the market for an Acura but from the moment we were approached by Amir Omeragic his professionalism was evident. Omir was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of of the MDX. Omir confidently explained the many advantages of owning an Acura without ever being pushy, walked us through all the safety features and challenged us to put the car through it paces. We consulted with seven other Acura dealers and not one matched Motor World's customer service. Our next car purchase will Start with Omir. We will be telling our friends and family of the outstanding job we received from Omir at Motor World.
