My Review of Mile One Saturn of Bel Air:
I buy a new car every 2-3 years, so I have a good deal of car shopping experience. Two weeks ago I had been to over 10 different dealerships (and different auto makers) when a salesman from a neighboring dealership of Saturn Bel Air's walked me over to the Saturn lot and introduced me to Justin, Saturn's Finance Manager. It was a very relaxed and friendly introduction, and Justin promptly asked Dan Terry to assist me. I quickly observed Dan to be a stellar and highly professional salesman. He was so friendly, attentive, and knowledgable that I quickly became evident that I'd been placed in good hands. Dan was also so thorough in explaining the features of the vehicle I was interested in on each of my visits (3 total, including the delivery day) that by the time I purchased my Vue, less than a week later, I almost didn't need to read the owner's manual! Dan, Justin and Tom (the Sales Manager) were a pleasure to do business with. They were uncommonly fair in all aspects of my purchase- from providing me with the sales and incentives offered by GM, to the extremely fair trade-in of my then current car (which was in very good condition). I was actually very pleasantly suprised by the extent of how fair and honest this dealership was, and extremely impressed! It was THE best car buying experience I've ever had (succeeding in topping a dealership I've bought 3 cars from in the past that I didn't think would ever be topped in my book). Dan and Tom didn't use any high-pressure sales tactics (as another dealership had so recently done, to the point of absurdity and extreme discomfort to me). Instead this sales team offered a high standard of customer service, helping me to decide what vehicle and price were right for me, all at my own pace. I will recommend Saturn of Bel Air to anyone I know who's interested in buying a Saturn (I've already done so to a few of my neighbors, and also have gotten positive feedback from someone else who purchased 2 cars at Saturn of Bel Air). I also strongly and absolutely recommend my new dealership to anyone who reads this- and by the way, I LOVE my Vue!

My Review of Mile One Saturn of Bel Air:
I was greeted at the front door by the salesperson that I had an appointment with. He was ready to assist me even though I was an hour early for my appointment. He was very friendly and very professional. My father gave him high marks and that is high praise indeed. The salesman spent almost two hours with me answering all of my questions and taking me for test rides in two models. He was also very knowledgeable about all the vehicles I looked at. There was no pressure to actually buy. I asked if he would get me on-the-road quotes for the two models I looked at. He e-mailed the quotes that same day. As a woman buyer I sometimes find that I am treated very differently than a man would be. This was definitely not the case here. I was given the utmost respect. On my second visit (after I had test driven a few other GM models) he found a vehicle at another dealership that I wanted to see before I purchased. He drove all the way to the other dealership to get it just so I could look at it to decide if I liked the color. I liked the color so I asked for an on-the-road price. He explained every figure on the sheet so I knew what every charge was for. I asked if I could have a certain accessory put on and he got right back to me with a price. He also made sure the accessory was installed on the vehicle when I went to pick it up. When I came back the following week to settle the deal, he again met me at the front door. He had my vehicle parked right up front and it had been cleaned and waxed. We sat down to go through all the paperwork and there were no surprises. He took his time going through all the paperwork and the owner booklets and even took the time to bookmark and highlight certain parts of the booklets. Sitting down with the finance officer was relatively painless. Our loan had been pre-approved and the finance officer had processed the whole transaction for us. We did not have to do anything like taking the paperwork to the credit union, etc. It was also really great being able to get our tags right there at the dealership. It's always great when you can avoid a visit to MVA. With the Employee Pricing and Regional Incentive for this vehicle, we were very satisfied with the price we paid for the vehicle.

My Review of Mile One Saturn of Bel Air:
I hate buying a car and this is the 2nd car from this dealer. Both times have been good experiences !!! Thanks Bel Air Saturn !!! Salesmen are low pressure, but very knowledgeable about their product. I test drove a honda, a nissan and the saturn and I came back to Saturn and bought an Aura. Would love to buy a Vue, but gas mileage must improve.

My Review of Mile One Saturn of Bel Air:
My family recently purchased an Outlook at Saturn of Bel Air. Everyone we talked to at the dealership was friendly and knowledgeable. I was particuarly impressed with Mike Duray, our salesman. He was friendly and was able to fit us with a vehicle that met our family's needs. He asked questions and listened to what we wanted. He did not pressure us in any way. Our whole buying experience was a pleasure, every step of the way. When we are in the market for another car, we will definitely go back to Saturn of Bel Air and have Mike Duray as our salesman!

I think Saturn of Bel Air deserve the highest of marks because they are friendly, helpful & knowledgeable, especially Mike Duray. I have purchased two Vue's from Mike in the past & will deal with no one but Mike. I have since moved to Tennessee, but will return to Maryland to purchase outlook in the near future.

Mike Duray was a wonderful salesperson. He went above and beyond the call of duty to find us a new SUV that we were able to take delivery of before our twins were born. He never pressured us into buying more than we could afford or when we weren't ready. I would recomend him to anyone looking for an honest and hardworking salesman.

I give Saturn of Bel Air excellent marks because they were friendly and courteous, but mostly because they did not talk down to me. Being a female and looking young got me condescended to at other dealerships, but the people at Saturn were very nice. I also did not feel like I was being swindled, as I did when Jones Toyota flat out lied to me about whether a RAV4 was 4WD or not.

My Review of Mile One Saturn of Bel Air:
I went to Saturn of Bel Air to get my 2001 L300 serviced. I was noticing the 2008 Vue's and Dan Terry approached me and we started conversating. I loved the look and the feel of the new VUE. I seen something in the inventory that appealed to me. I then called my Credit Union and was pre approved for a new car loan. I went home and returned to Saturn with my 2004 Vue (which was paid off) and up-graded to a 2008. I received a very good deal for my trade. All the numbers looked good and now Im the proud owner of a 2008 Saturn VUE. Ive purchased 5 Saturns over the past 15 years, the first 1994 Saturn SL2 on Nov. 7, 1993. Saturns service, customer service and quality of their cars have kept my loyal to them. Even during a not so strong economy Saturn has made it possible for me (and hopefully many others) to afford reliable and quality transportation.
