My Review of Mile One Saturn of Ellicott City:
My husband and I would like to extend our heartfelt appreciation and sincere thanks in this letter of commendation to the Ellicott City Saturn dealership and its Sales Consultant, Mr. George Small. Mr. Small continues to provide us with the utmost professional service and care during the purchase of three Saturn vehicles - 2 Saturn Ions (both purchased in 2008) and a 2007 Saturn Sky in March 2007. Each time we made a purchase, we were sure to request Mr. Small because of his professionalism and the smooth and pleasant purchasing experience he provided. His expert knowledge about the vehicles and the entire Saturn line was very impressive. Mr. Small provided us with a very detailed overview/presentation of the Ion and Sky’s features and special options, including the maintenance package, OnStar package and theft protection. Mr. Small made it a point to follow-up with my husband and I each time, several weeks after each purchase to inquire how we were doing with the vehicle and if we had any questions or concerns. I cannot express enough about Mr. Small’s professionalism, courteousness, and expert knowledge and how it added to an incredible car-buying experience. I have been a proud Saturn owner since 1996, and although Saturn is known for its superb customer service, Mr. Small is the best in the business. I plan to continue to purchase Saturn vehicles in the future, as well as refer friends and family to Saturn of Ellicott City and especially to Mr. Small for satisfaction guaranteed.
Additionally, I continue to come directly to the Mileone Ellicott City Dealership for regular maintenance and care of our vehicles. I have been coming to this dealership for the better part of 10 years because of the superb customer service and family environment.

P.S. – I also provided a similar commendation letter for Mr. Small in the comments section of the Online Saturn Survey immediately after our purchase. I’m not sure how that information gets processed or how those comments are relayed to the proper Saturn dealership and/or Sales Consultant, so I wanted to ensure that this letter of appreciation was noticed and that Mr. Small receives recognition for his outstanding attention to customer care support.
