My Review of Mile One Saturn of Ellicott City:
We stopped by Saturn of Ellicott City just to check out the Sky up close and personal. We were there before the dealership opened and we started talking to this young man who turned out to be one of their salesmen. His name was Jason. We waited for the dealership to open and Jason got the keys to the Sky so we could open it and sit in it. Didn't want to test drive it (was out of my price range). Then Jason asked if we would like to come in and look around to see if there was anything else that we would be interested in. I thought I wanted the Ion 3 door and Jason started the paperwork but while he was doing that I sat in the Vue and fell in love with it. Told Jason to stop the paperwork on the Ion and write up the Vue. Took it for a test drive and made my final decision. Jason was very helpful and courteous. He was not at all pushy. When I return for maintenance everyone is very friendly and helpful. The Lady in financing was also a great help. She explained everything in detail and was very patient and understanding with me and my questions. I will definately return to Saturn of Ellicott City for my next vehicle.

I went to Saturn when I needed to replace my stolen car. I went to other dealerships, but Jason actually called me back and kept in touch, was friendly, genuine and knowledgeable. I felt that the customer service I received was so uncommon it was my deciding factor in where to buy. I was actually hoping to have another Honda, but Jason offered such great service, I decided I would rather purchase a car where I felt I was an actually customer and important to the salesman. Jason took care of everything and made everything seem completley seemless and easy. Thanks Jason, I am fortunate to have found you! Saturn is lucky to have you!

This was my first dealership car buying experience and it was positive and for the most part not as bad as I had thought it would be. Jason was both friendly and helpful and I think in the end everyone got what they wanted! I would recommend this dealership to anyone seeking a new or used car.

Buying my new Saturn Aura was a very easy and pleasant experience. I made the arrangement long-distance using email with Mr. Verenis and drove away from the dealer with exactly what I wanted/at the price I wanted within 4 hours of landing at the nearby airport. Mr. Verenis and the finance officer explained all the options and have been very supportive since the sale. I returned just once so far for an oil change and was in/out in a half hour. Great service. Mr. Verenis did such a good job of showcasing the Aura and Saturn in general that my friend then bought the same car I did. Two cars sold for one test drive. All-in-all a good dealership with friendly people.

They were flexible in whne they could meet with us. Jason shows us the pricing for both new and used cares to help us make a decison.

I have giving this dealership and employee a score of 5 because I came in the dealership looking for a nice used car and I got what I wanted. I picked out two cars that I found out didn't have exactly what I wanted inside of the car, so Mr. Jason Loraw suggested another car that honestly I didn't think I would like, turns out I LOVED it and bought it the next week! I couldnt purchase the car then, so he held the car for me until the next week when I paid in full. Of course I would reccommend this dealership AND employee, Jason Loraw to anyone interested in an automobile.

My Review of Mile One Saturn of Ellicott City:
I have been searching for a car for about three (3) months. Test driving everything under the sun, watching for deals and special financing. I test drove a Saturn Vue with Jason who was able to answer all my questions and more. To make I long story short, I ended up buying my Vue from him because of his answers to my questions.
This is my first Saturn car and I'm looking forward to driving this for many years to come. I especially enjoyed working with Jason on my deal and look forward to working with the dealership if I have any problem with my vehicle.
I would recomend Jason to my friends if they were looking for a Saturn.

My husband and I would like to extend our heartfelt appreciation and sincere thanks in this letter of commendation to the Ellicott City Saturn dealership and its Sales Consultant, Mr. George Small. Mr. Small continues to provide us with the utmost professional service and care during the purchase of three Saturn vehicles - 2 Saturn Ions (both purchased in 2008) and a 2007 Saturn Sky in March 2007. Each time we made a purchase, we were sure to request Mr. Small because of his professionalism and the smooth and pleasant purchasing experience he provided. His expert knowledge about the vehicles and the entire Saturn line was very impressive. Mr. Small provided us with a very detailed overview/presentation of the Ion and Sky’s features and special options, including the maintenance package, OnStar package and theft protection. Mr. Small made it a point to follow-up with my husband and I each time, several weeks after each purchase to inquire how we were doing with the vehicle and if we had any questions or concerns. I cannot express enough about Mr. Small’s professionalism, courteousness, and expert knowledge and how it added to an incredible car-buying experience. I have been a proud Saturn owner since 1996, and although Saturn is known for its superb customer service, Mr. Small is the best in the business. I plan to continue to purchase Saturn vehicles in the future, as well as refer friends and family to Saturn of Ellicott City and especially to Mr. Small for satisfaction guaranteed.

Additionally, I continue to come directly to the Mileone Ellicott City Dealership for regular maintenance and care of our vehicles. I have been coming to this dealership for the better part of 10 years because of the superb customer service and family environment.

Buying a car is one of the biggest investment I have made besides buying my house. As a result, I did my research and visited several dealers in order to make the right choice. The decision whether or not to buy used or new car was not clear and this Saturn dealer made it possible for me to drive both. When I found a car on-line at another dealer's location, Jason had that car at Ellicott City that afternoon. One of the cars I seriously thought about buying was a used Toyota that had been traded in, not a Saturn. There was no pressure to buy a Saturn and all the benefits of both were clearly explained. In the end, I bought a 2009 Saturn Aura which made more sense than the 2007 used car because it would have cost as much. Jason handle many details for me and his communication skills are excellent. He was always available with my questions and he even made arrangements with my insurance company ahead of time. The car is fabulous and so was the experience and I have no doubt that when I return for service I will be greeted with the same friendly manner as before. I would highly recommend purchasing a car from this dealership. They take the time to listen and respond to the customer's needs.

My first car buying experience was at Saturn of Ellicott City, and let me just say, I don't think anyone could top it. My Sales Consultant, Jason Loraw, was extremely helpful and caring, and made sure I made the right choice in my 2008 Saturn Aura. He showed me step by step what I needed to do, understood exactly what I was looking for, and took the time to explain the details to me, even when I had no idea what I was looking at. He was very honest and open with me about my options and guided me through the whole process. I do not know what I would have done if I had been thrown into a car buying experience with another salesmen. Everyone at Saturn made me feel welcome and immediatley apart of the family. I know I will be returning for my next Saturn in Ellicot City... Thanks Jason!
