My Review of Mile One Saturn of Glen Burnie:
Even though I did not purchase a car from David at this time, he provided me with top notch customer service from the time I walked into the dealership until the time I left. The next time I buy a new car if at all possible it will be from David Kearns. He listened to the concerns of my wife and I and was extremely knowledgable without trying to pressure us into any hasty decisions. He was the model salesman and we give his customer service an A+. We love Saturn vehicles and the customer service we received at Saturn of Glen Burnie via David Kearns.

My Review of Mile One Saturn of Glen Burnie:
After driving up and down Ritchie Highway for 2 months looking for a crossover SUV my wife and I were almost ready to give up and buy a sedan. We knew we wanted a 4cyl FWD with room for 4 and a really good warranty. We didn't need all the bells and whistles (GPS, heated seats, DVD player) but we didn't want a stripped down model either. Almost as an afterthought I remembered we had seen a Saturn Vue and it had caught my wife's eye with the styling. We found Saturn of Glen Burnie and it was the best decision we made that day.
Once we entered the lot John met us and showed us to the Vues. He was extremely knowledgeable about the model, options and incentives available. After the test drive we made our decision and John searched the available inventory for our color and options. He was great and I really felt like he worked for us not the dealership.
After settling on a vehicle we met Kim White, who walked us through the financing process and offered (with no pressure) the available add ons and extra warranty features. She was great as well and had us on the road in time for the Ravens game with our new Vue.
Saturn of Glen Burnie is a great dealership that definitely lets the customer make the decisions, no pressure selling and a staff that cares. I will recommend them to anyone and plan on coming back here first for my next new vehicle.

My Review of Mile One Saturn of Glen Burnie:
I went into the Saturn Dealership to have my 2002 VUE serviced. The service team is wonderful. While I was waiting for my car, I decided to check out the new 2008 VUE XP and just compare because I was thinking about getting a new car. David Kearns, the sales person, came out to talk to me. He has a great, easy, non-demanding nature. We started to talk and he was knowledgeable about my questions. I decided I wanted to test drive the car and thought it was great. David was excellent to deal with because he didn't push me to make a decision immediately. We talked through options. He made me feel very comfortable and he didn't come across like the stereotypical salesman. I did decide to buy the car, but it needed to be delivered from another dealership. David kept me posted on the arrival date. Unfortunately, the day the car arrived, I went to pick it up and do the final paperwork, but the car had some scratches and certain accessories and features weren't on this particular car. David was extremely apologetic and basically wouldn't let me take the car. He wanted me to be 100% satisfied. I had to wait a few more days, but I ended up with the exact car I wanted. I was happy to share my buying experience because that is why I'm a returning customer to Saturn. There are no hidden fees and sales people like David are why Saturn maintains a high reputation in my eyes.

My Review of Mile One Saturn of Glen Burnie:
We have purchased 4 Saturns from John Meyer. Tom's BMW died suddenly in 1995 and we needed something quick. My brother Larry had purchased a Saturn several years before and had been very happy with the quality and reliability. We also researched numerous other brands in Consumer Reports. We went to Saturn of Glen Burnie initially because it was the closest. We were so pleased with the ease of the whole process and John Meyer in particular. We have since purchased 3 more Saturns, 1 new and 2 used. I have even called John to pick his brain for information for our college-aged son in South Carolina, and he was extremely helpful.

The service department has also been very helpful and efficient. Until we purchased our Saturn, we never went to the dealership after the warranty was up. We do now!

My Review of Mile One Saturn of Glen Burnie:
I have been looking for a used Saturn for quite some time now. I finally saw what I was looking for at Saturn of Glen Burnie. I called in and got a hold of David Kearns, he was very polite, not pushy at all. I asked if I could make an appointment to see and drive the car. I loved it( knew I would ) They gave more than I wanted for my trade in, and the price of the car I was buying was less than I expected. I have bought 9 cars in my lifetime, and this was by far the best experience I have ever had ! I will be buying all my cars from David Kearns from now on, he is an asset to Saturn, and GM ! I hope Kim White is still there to, what a pleasure ! Most pleasant contracting I've ever done.

My Review of Mile One Saturn of Glen Burnie:
Bernie went out of his way to assist me with a new vehicle purchase. Unlike his other customers, I'm disabled and we learned together about which vehicle would be best for me. While I initially wanted a Vue, Bernie discovered that, for what I was looking for, the Vue was not large enough. He even directed me to Mile One's Heritage Honda which turned out to be a bad experience even though the Odyssey I had selected would have been perfect (apparently, the only company modifying Hondas only modifies those purchased from THEMSELVES, not any other authorized Honda dealerships; neither the salesman nor Honda opted to fight this decision, so I went back to Bernie). I asked about the Outlook and this turned out to be an excellent decision. There was no pressure from anyone at the dealership; everyone from Dora in Service through Kim of Purchasing and everyone in between was more than helpful and accommodating. Bernie's constant low-key follow-up went a long way towards erasing the bad taste left in my mouth by the Honda experience. I can't speak highly enough of Saturn of Glen Burnie. I purchased my first Saturn from them new back in 1997 and when it came time to replace it, I knew I wanted another Saturn AND this dealership. It's such a pleasure to be treated like an intelligent adult and to know that the people servicing my vehicle are top of the line.

The salesperson was helpful, friendly, and didn't pressure us . He took the time to answer all of our questions and was even willing to spend time after the work day was over to help us out. He made sure that our test drive was long enough and met most to all of the conditions that we would expect in driving in order to fully assess the quality of the car. Also, we have been taking our Saturn's to this dealership for years, and they have always done good work and a reasonable price.

My Review of Mile One Saturn of Glen Burnie:
David was extremely friendly and knowledgeable on the Saturn VUE, yet understood that I had done a lot of research as well. During the test drive, we were able to discuss about various topics, while answering my questions about the VUE. When it was time for me to purchase the vehicle, David went over all of the incentives and pricing on the vehicle.

Kim went over all of the paperwork to purchase my vehicle in a comprehensive and clear manner. She also was able to show me my different options with service options and pricing for my monthly car payment.

My Review of Mile One Saturn of Glen Burnie:
I first started inquiring about a Saturn Outlook when GM announced 0% financing. While not really needing a new vehicle, I wanted to see what the pricing was on an Outlook. Intially the Outlook was not included in the program so I kind of forgot about it. David Kearns followed up a few times, he wasn't pushy but invited me in for a test drive. The last time he called, my wife and I were both available so we stopped by for a test drive. Fell in love with the look and drive of the Outlook. The next day we were the proud owners of a 2008 Saturn. After the purchase was complete, David took the time to go over all of the features of our new SUV. I don't recall any dealer ever explaining everything about the vehicle and taking the time after the sale to go over the vehicle like that, I was very impressed. At no time during the negotiation did I feel pressured. Staff was all very friendly. On a subsequent visit for some minor adjustments to the Outlook, the service staff couldn't have been more helpful, even got a rental for the few hours that they had the vehicle. As a matter of fact, Dora from the dealer called to follow up and make sure everything was ok with the service they provided.
I must say this is the best car buying experience that I have had and am very please with Mile One Saturn of Glen Burnie.

I have been coming to this dealer since I bought my first Saturn in 1996. Since then my family have bought 7 more Saturns. Our sales person has been John Myers and is the best of the best. The service writers have been very co-opertive in every way. It is a pleasure to come to this dealer for anything, even just to drop by and say hi when I'm in the area. Everyone and I mean everyone are very nice to me and my family.
