My Review of MileOne Herb Gordon Nissan:
I knew exactly what type of car that I wanted before starting to look for a dealership. I was referred to this dealership through a friend. It was the greatest experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Everything went very smooth.
My friend gave me, Larry Signora's name as the person to contact at the dealership; he was already expecting my call. I gave him all the necessary information in regards to the type of car I wanted and what type of financing I was looking for. The cars I found on the internet at various dealerships had already been sold or were demos which I decided I didn't want to purchase. Through many phone calls and constant updates Larry finally found my vehicle in the Virginia Beach area, once he contacted the dealership there and arranged a pickup I had my car the following day.
Unfortunately, Larry was off during the time that was set for me to pick up the car, he told me to ask for Jim Porter, who took care of me from the minute I stepped foot into the dealership. He told to go and take the vehicle for a test drive; he showed me through the car and all the features, he was attentive to all my questions and concerns. I was very satisfied with the vehicle.
Now for the financing. The majority of the paperwork had been ready and it was just me sitting down with Jose Reyes to take care of the financial end. He walked me through all the options very clearly and even went back if I didn't understand something and showed me the monetary implications of each. It was very simple and straight forward and the decisions were all mine to make, I never felt pressured or taken advantage of.
I was taken through a tour of the facility and was also taken to the service department. I was assigned a service team; this same team will be taking care of my car for all its service needs. I have a person that I contact in the service department regarding any concerns I may have for the vehicle.
Following my purchase, I received a follow up call from Larry, making sure everything went well.
I have had my vehicle for several weeks now and I am enjoying it so very much. Larry and I have yet to personally meet but we will make it a point when it's time for my vehicle's first service.
This was most definitely my best car buying experience ever, customer service was excellent.
