I worked with Debbie (sales) and Justin (finance) and they both went above and beyond the call of duty in helping my purchace my 2010 Altima (after my 2008 that I bought there got totalled by a deer). I appreciated everything they both did. Thanks! I will definitely tell others to go to Herb Gordon if they are looking to purchase a car.

My Review of MileOne Herb Gordon Nissan:
When you get great people to work with, you get a great dealership! These folks know how to do it right, from the first email to the last handshake and in this case a hug. The price was by far the best in the area and while I was there I overheard in the next office that this fella just drove here from PA to buy from Charlie! Debbie Colt is a true professional and she will tell you "I love what I do" and it shows. There was no going back and fourth with her and a manager she does her own deals (the only way to do business) Justin kim in finance offered me a better rate then my own credit union. The only time I got to meet the manager Kevin Yi was when we completed the deal and he made it a point to stop what he was doing and say 'thank you" he was so sweet, and I know he is happy to have Debbie, Charlie & Justin there. Go to this dealership, You will be very happy you did!! I bought my car 2 months ago and have sent 3 people to see debbie since then, Thank you for the best buying experience ever.

My Review of MileOne Herb Gordon Nissan:
I shopped for this vehicle primarily through the internet. Craig Monastero responded quickly to all of my requests. I was able to get a firm offer before I even showed up to the dealership. I was in contact with another Nissan dealer and asked if they could meet or beat the offer I received from Herb Gordon. This sales manager stated that the price they quoted was not going to be the final sales price, that they were just tricking me to get me into the dealership. He was wrong!!! While at Herb Gordon, I was debating between two vehicles, one with an upgraded leather package or not. The new cars sales manager spoke to me and showed the pros and cons of each in a very relaxed manner. He didn't try to "cram" me into the more expensive unit. The same approach was taken by the Finance salesman; no "hard push" on the warranties and extra insurances offered, just gentlemanly descriptions of the different plans. I drove about 30 miles from Bowie to purchase my Altima 2.5S from Herb Gordon. It was worth the gas money!!!

My Review of MileOne Herb Gordon Nissan:
I am an old carnut, having more than 40 car-buying experiences, including BMW and MB. Purchasing my Altima Coupe at MileOne Herb Gordon was by far the best of all. Actually, I had a verbal agreement to buy an identical car at another dealership, but that car was sold while I was in a lengthy emergency room session with my wife. (She is OK.) That dealer said he could not deliver a second car at the agreed price. I determined that MileOne had the car in stock, called Larry, and told him my story. In 20 minutes, he found a way to even beat my price. When I arrived the next morning, the car, the cost, the processing, everything was exactly as Larry said it would be. I was treated with courtesy, respect, warmth and constant attention, resulting in car-delivery time about half that of past experience. The car is fantastic, the buying experience actually enjoyable. I recommend Herb Gordon Nissan.

Our family has bought 6 new Nissans from Gus since 2003. We have never left unhappy.

He is a top salesman, and always has the customer in mind. He helps you concentrate on the car you want before talking about money. He is not a high pressure salesman, and always is willing to give you time to make up your mind.

The dealership has great customer service, and has always tried to treat us right. We have never had any unpleasant encounters with them, and have always left happy.

I would recommend this dealer (AND salesman) to anyone at any time - they are GREAT!

Looking to buy a 2009 Nissan Altima, my wife and I initially contacted the Herb Gordon Nissan dealership through USAA's car buying service. Shortly thereafter, Muna Chongo contacted us to schedule an appointment. Our experience on the lot was great - Muna was very friendly, answered all of our questions directly, and ensured our car-buying experience was fast, low-pressure, and enjoyable.

Muna even contacted us the next day to ensure we were happy with the car, and that there were no problems with the vehicle.

Overall, our car buying experience was great, and we highly recommend the Herb Gordon Nissan dealership as well as Mr. Muna Chongo.

My Review of MileOne Herb Gordon Nissan:
Alan Albert was our main contact involved with the recent purchase of our 2010 Nissan Murano. He called after we requested information through the Nissan website. Within several weeks he found the car we wanted at a fair price. We bought a 2003 Murano from Herb Gordon Nissan. We have been very happy with that purchase and service at Herb Gordon so we were glad to be able deal with them again. Mr. Albert is an excellent Sales Consultant, very thorough and personable - without being "pushy".

My Review of MileOne Herb Gordon Nissan:
After trying to purchase a particular vehicle that was at another dealership through three different Nissan dealers, all falling through at the last moment with changes in price, interest rate and even a different vehicle. JD listened to the telling of our journey and put together a sale that beat all the others. This was done on the phone. When we arrived ( before the car arrived from the other dealership) at Mile One Herb Gordon Nissan, everything we discussed on the phone about the cost and financing came true to the penny. When the car arrived we drove it around and fell in LOVE with it. We laugh every time we drive it. It makes others smile when they see it. Our vanity tag reads: " RUBY QB " Yes! Our new CUBE is red and we named it "Ruby" Ruby has been back for spa visits and oil changes and we have only good things to say about how we and Ruby were treated. Ruby has visited the other Cubes on the lot. We love looking for other smiling Cube owners and they are all smiling. GO "Mile One Herb Gordon Nissan.
