My Review of MileOne Herb Gordon Nissan:
After trying to purchase a particular vehicle that was at another dealership through three different Nissan dealers, all falling through at the last moment with changes in price, interest rate and even a different vehicle. JD listened to the telling of our journey and put together a sale that beat all the others. This was done on the phone. When we arrived ( before the car arrived from the other dealership) at Mile One Herb Gordon Nissan, everything we discussed on the phone about the cost and financing came true to the penny. When the car arrived we drove it around and fell in LOVE with it. We laugh every time we drive it. It makes others smile when they see it. Our vanity tag reads: " RUBY QB " Yes! Our new CUBE is red and we named it "Ruby" Ruby has been back for spa visits and oil changes and we have only good things to say about how we and Ruby were treated. Ruby has visited the other Cubes on the lot. We love looking for other smiling Cube owners and they are all smiling. GO "Mile One Herb Gordon Nissan.

My Review of MileOne Herb Gordon Nissan:
Initial Internet contact came with a reasonable response time. Touring their car lot, we were approached with courteous demeanor. Craig listened to our desires; presented dealer's selection; and explained the differences among models. They had more models on premises than were indicated on their website. Lucky for both parties. Their price was below other competitors' websites bottom line; therefore, no need to travel around. We traded in an old but reliable car, and we received a fair value. While we went to get the old car title, Craig wasted no time in preparing the paperwork and our new Nissan. This facilitated our need to expedite the sales transaction.

Professional, knowledgeable, and enjoyable was our experience with the financial personnel. We listened to the preparation; reviewed the documents; and were out in about an hour.

While the license tags were being installed, Craig walked us through the basic instructions and how to operate all the mechanics and electronics of the vehicle.

Later that same day, Craig followed up with a brief telephonic call to see if there were any issues with our new vehicle.

Initially, we thought our day was to be spent at several car dealers, but it turned out to be of good fortune. Thank you Herd Gordon Nissan

The people at this dealership do not try to sell you a vehicle, they attempt to help you buy one and that is a major distinction. I abhor car buying, but I would be buying my next and all future cars at Herb Gordon. The level of professionalism was unexpected and refreshing. The willingness to explore every option to get my husband and I the very best is worthy of my repeat business as well as that of anyone who reads this and the other glowing comments.

From the time I first walked in to look at cars in early Spring to the moment I finally purchased my new car in September, I was treated professionaly, courteously, and intelligently. There was no pressure. There were no gimmicks. Everything was done with an exceptional level of customer service.

After I purchased the vehicle, it was waiting for me on the appointed date and time, cleaned and washed, with a full tank of gas. The finances were handled smoothly and efficiently and all options were explained. The electronics were explained to me and I was assisted onsite with many of the settings. I left with a beautiful new car, feeling very satisfied not only with the vehicle itself but with my choice of Herb Gordon Nissan as my dealer.

I would very highly recommend this dealership and any of the individuals listed above. We got an excellent price for our new car and everyone went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and make sure that the deal was completed as easily as possible. My husband and I were treated with extreme respect, professionalism and courtesy. We had to go out of town in the midst of the car purchase and the team made every effort to complete the transaction by overnight mail. Amazing. I would absolutely recommend this dealership and I'd buy another vehicle from them instantly. In this day and age, it is not that often that you can say you truly "trust" a car dealer - but in this case, it is true.

Working with Joe Dorsey and the team at Herb Gordon Nissan to buy a new Frontier worked out extremely well. He was courteous, pleasant, thoughtful, knowledgeable and most helpful. He located a vehicle that meets my needs at a lower price then the pre-negotiated, car buying service price of the vehicle I had expected to buy.

Justin Kim in the business office made the paperwork flow smoothly and quickly and he too was courteous, pleasant, knowkedgeable, and most helpful.

Joe and Justin worked well together to make my vehicle buying experience pleasant and memorable.

My Review of MileOne Herb Gordon Nissan:
I knew exactly what type of car that I wanted before starting to look for a dealership. I was referred to this dealership through a friend. It was the greatest experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Everything went very smooth.

My friend gave me, Larry Signora's name as the person to contact at the dealership; he was already expecting my call. I gave him all the necessary information in regards to the type of car I wanted and what type of financing I was looking for. The cars I found on the internet at various dealerships had already been sold or were demos which I decided I didn't want to purchase. Through many phone calls and constant updates Larry finally found my vehicle in the Virginia Beach area, once he contacted the dealership there and arranged a pickup I had my car the following day.

Unfortunately, Larry was off during the time that was set for me to pick up the car, he told me to ask for Jim Porter, who took care of me from the minute I stepped foot into the dealership. He told to go and take the vehicle for a test drive; he showed me through the car and all the features, he was attentive to all my questions and concerns. I was very satisfied with the vehicle.

Now for the financing. The majority of the paperwork had been ready and it was just me sitting down with Jose Reyes to take care of the financial end. He walked me through all the options very clearly and even went back if I didn't understand something and showed me the monetary implications of each. It was very simple and straight forward and the decisions were all mine to make, I never felt pressured or taken advantage of.

I was taken through a tour of the facility and was also taken to the service department. I was assigned a service team; this same team will be taking care of my car for all its service needs. I have a person that I contact in the service department regarding any concerns I may have for the vehicle.

Following my purchase, I received a follow up call from Larry, making sure everything went well.

I have had my vehicle for several weeks now and I am enjoying it so very much. Larry and I have yet to personally meet but we will make it a point when it's time for my vehicle's first service.

This was most definitely my best car buying experience ever, customer service was excellent.

My Review of MileOne Herb Gordon Nissan:
When my Toyota Corolla of ten years reached the end of its life, I went looking for a reliable vehicle and dealership with which I could make a long-term connection. I called the Internet Sales Department at Herb Gordon Nissan to check their hours and got Debbie Colt. Debbie was incredibly helpful and friendly. When I was unable to come by that evening, Debbie followed up with me, to see if there was another time to meet up.

When I came to the dealership the next Saturday, Debbie talked me through both my new and used options. She listened to my financial considerations and did not ignore them as some dealerships did. We went out on multiple test drives of both new and used cars.

I was leaning towards a new Nissan Versa, but they did not have a car on the lot with the exact specifications I was interested in. Debbie made call after call and eventually tracked down the perfect car in Delaware. She had it there the next day and I took it home the night!

She was very personable, professional, and knowledgeable without being pushy or aggressive. When I was with my mother (I'm 32), she still deferred to me since I was the purchaser. When I was with my partner, Debbie was respectful of my partner's role in my life, while still letting me take the lead since it was my purchase. I would highly recommend working with her.

Justin Kim helped me on the financial end. He presented all of the options clearly with the monetary implications of each. It was a very simple, straight-forward transaction and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of in any way.

The car comes with a service plan. Herb Gordon Nissan offers a Metro shuttle service to help assist with getting the car serviced and still getting to work. I liked that aspect a lot.

I would highly recommend Debbie Colt, Justin Kim, and MileOne Herb Gordon Nissan in Silver Spring, MD.
