My Review of MileOne Herb Gordon Nissan:
The used car I bought a couple months ago had some transmission trouble. Even though it was outside the 30-Day warranty Ramesh still covered it and took the car to be serviced at the dealership. On top of that they gave me a car off the lot to use for the week while mine was being worked on. Ramesh was super-friendly and showed me excellent customer service. "JD" was his usual great self.

At Herb Gordon they remind you that customer service is more than just a buzz word. There's a difference between hearing "we believe in customer service" and actually experiencing it.

I only wish I could keep buying cars more often to experience their great service.

This was a great dealership. I never spent one minute by myself. If the person I needed was busy there was someone else to be with me. (Tell me about my car, warranty, take me tour of the facility, answer questions) Everyone was very friendly, the building looked top notch. The original sales person called me within an hour of me filling out an online application and I was sold on a new car very soon after that. The car runs great and I couldn't be happier. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a Nissan even though there is a Nissan dealership closer to my home.

If you are looking to buy a car - call Herb Gordan and ask to speak with Debbie Colt. From the first time we spoke to Debbie on the phone, we knew that we would be doing business with this dealership. She is personable, knowledgeable, straight forward and extremely patient (especially if you have a lot of questions).

Like many of the other ratings have mentioned, Debbie's first offer was the best offer we found (and believe me, we received a few offers). You will leave this dealership not only with a new car, but with the peace of mind that you got it at a reasonable and honest price. We hope that your experience was as wonderful as ours. Debbie and JD from the internet sales department were both awesome to work with. They offered me THE best deal right off the bat. I asked a few other dealers to see if they could beat it and no one could even come close (and the others even tried to pull some shenanigans). Debbie takes her time and you never get the feeling like she's in on something that you're not. Her and JD both are genuine people and seem to love what they do. I compared the C300 Mercedes, Lexus IS250, BMW 328, and the Maxima and came back to the Maxima because I knew I couldn't beat the value, price, and service I got from Herb Gordon.

"JD" was a really friendly and helpful salesperson. He didn't pressure us or make us feel like we were just another buyer. He even remembered my name months after I made the purchase. Justin Kim was also very friendly and helpful during the financing process. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. And I will look to go back to Mile One Herb Gordon Nissan for my next vehicle purchase.

My Review of MileOne Herb Gordon Nissan:
My salesperson (Debbie Colt) treated me like I was apart of her family. After a general conversation she knew exactly what I was looking for and took me right to the lot to find it. It was a 2009 Nissan Altima. This car had all the features that I needed, great safety ratings, good gas milage, sleek sporty design, sunroof, a fabulous BOSE sound system, , Bluetooth hands free phone system, and a fantastic price. I never had to beat them down for a good cost because they already had one for me that I could'nt refuse. Debbie, was such a delightful person to be with. I then met her management staff (Van Westurland-GM, Larry Signora-GSM, and Charlie Miller-F&I) and again felt completly at ease. They walked me through every detail and answered all of my questions. Thank You so much Herb Gordan Nissan for your straight forward approach and true professionalism. I will highly recommend your business to others, and will be back for further vehicles.

My Review of MileOne Herb Gordon Nissan:
I actually hadn't heard of anyone else who had been to Mile One but am glad I stumbled upon them. The staff is professional and not too pushy. We were able to work out agreeable price and terms without much haggling. I was a little disappointed in teh trade in value but I am sure all owners are probably overly optimistic on how much they think their trade in is worth.

I believe Marcelo was new to Nissan. I apprecaite that he did not try to make up answers to any that he did not know. Instead he made sure to go and find the answer.

The price was good considering Xterras are low in supply and high in demand right now. From my research I paid just a little under the average of what most people seem to be paying for them (according to kbb.,com at least).
