My Review of MileOne Herb Gordon Nissan:
My total experience with this dealer was nothing but superb from the moment I stepped out of my car and was greeted by Larry Signora. I had been shopping for a used Murano for a few weeks and was not able to find one I liked. Larry took the information of what I was looking for and within a few days contacted me. It was exactly what I wanted!!. I am so greatful that I didn't have to do much of the leg work, and shop. It seemed to me that some of the dealers I visited didn't really want to deal with it. ( stay away from carmax, my 1st and last visit there.)Chu Park the finance manager made the financing end painless and I am greatful for that as well. I was introduced to many of the team members at Herb Gordon Nissan and they were just as pleasant. I can't speak enough of how easy they made this entire deal and what a joy they were to deal with. I plan on being a longtime customer......

PS. My 14 year old daughter was with me this entire process Larry and the staff couldn't of been any nicer to her. She actually wanted to go with me to the dealership ........she thinks her first car is going to be a Z350....

My Review of MileOne Herb Gordon Nissan:
I have used this dealership in the past and it still continues to meet my expectations, and then some. I purchased a 2008 Altima, 4 cylinder with convenience package for my wife. Trade in on my manual transmission Versa was fairly rated and good incentives from Nissan with cashback and good financing helped seal my deal. I visited the dealership on weekday morning and had more than enough time to spend with sales representative and sales manager, never felt rushed as we walked the lot to decide on color and still made it to work on time later that afternoon. This vehicle has push-button starter and that took some time to get used to. It is unusual to not put the key in the starter and crank the engine. But after getting past the new twist in starting the car we liked quiet ride of the Altima and visibilty in traffic. We tried locking the keyfob in the car and grew to like the keyless ignition - realizing it would be helpful with an armfull of groceries and just easier entry not having to juggle packages and keys. I like the car and I like the dealer. Great experience for me.

This is my second experience buying at Herb Gordon and both experiences have been fabulous. Everyone was so professional and accomodating. We had a lot of questions and concerns, all of which were addressed calmly. I have been to other dealers and they made me feel pressured and uncomfortable and forced to purchase. Not so here, the incredible kindness and customer service will make me come back when I am in the market for another car. I honestly don't think I would buy a car from anywhere else.

It was just refreshing to find a dealership that did not push their agenda and listened to what I said. My sales person, Justin Kim, answered all my questions and made me feel at ease over the phone. He promised me that everything will be ready and that there will be no surprises when I got in. Boy, was I surprised to see my name on my beautiful Altima when I arrived at the dealership! Justin handled each and every step of the process professionally and I was out of there within an hour! Everyone at the dealership was awesome to deal with. I paid a few hundred dollors more than what my locat Nissan dealer has offered me, but I really don't think that matters. Just an awesome experience!

Wow!!!!!!! Where do I start. Ana is the best sales associate on the face of the earth. She did a wonderful job before and after the sale. I had given up all hope on getting another car, but one phone call from Ana changed my mind. She went above and beyond her dutise to please me the customer. Ana, you have realy made me very happy and I will never forget you. If and when I decide to buy again you will be the first person I call. Mr. Park did a wonderful job also. He also made sure I got the car that I wanted with the payment that I wanted also. Herb Gordon Nissan is the best Nissan Dealer there is. In other-words you all did a hell of a job. Ana & Peter, you guys have realy made me a happy man, thank you for all that you have done. Herb Gordon Nissan is now my offical Nissan dealer.

After 14 years, I decided to purchase a new car. I did a lot of research and price comparison and decided to purchase an Altima. I found the best deal online with Herb Gordon. Muna was my first contact in Internet Sales with Herb Gordon. He was friendly, helpful and not pushy. He was truly a professional. We talked daily and he went above and beyond to meet my needs and sell me the car I truly wanted. My dad, the ever so popular scrooge, absolutely loved him. I highly recommend Muna and the Herb Gordon Nissan team to anyone. They beat out all the other Nissan dealerships in the area and made me the happiest new car owner. Thank you Muna! Never went through an internet department at any auto dealer and was pleasantly surprised. I was contacted quickly after requesting a quote, explained the options I was interested in and received a lower than expected dollar figure. Muna in the sales department was awesome to deal with, professional, knowledgeable and good sense of humor. Took the time to explain everything about the cars as well as chances to see everything first hand (test drives, etc.) KJ in the finance department was good as well. Both seemed willing to work with whatever your situation is and no pressure at all from either the sales or the finance department. Would definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking for a Nissan.

I began the search for a new car on-line. I had a low quote from a dealer and Muna worked with me to try to match this quote. He also had the color and model that was on our list. We met with him, did a test drive, and discussed car with him. We were very happy that the quote I received via email had not changed when we wrote up the deal. We met with the finance department and were very happy with the financing we received. Then we met with the sales manager. In all, the personnel were very friendly and knowledgeable. We will have no problem recommending this dealership to our friends.
